They agreed to buy my tickets from me but never sent me the money. I sent 4 tickets for the quarterfinal in Brasilia in exchange for $2900 (Australian), but they never paid me.

If you look carefully, you can see that all of their positive review are written in the same way, with the same exclamation points and same "I can hardly wait" verbiage, as well as saying over and over how polite everyone is.

It's true: they're very polite about stealing your money. Beware of these scam artists.

We have been following this website closely as we really want to go to Brazil in June.

When I contacted them on chat they do not want to give me any names of the people who is behind this company, so it means we cannot check their previous record. The only thing Roman is talking about is that they deliver, so then he should come up with some proof, not only words.

My husband got us tickets for the match between Spain vs Netherlands in June. What a nice way to celebrate our wedding anniversary! I know they deliver quickly and follow through. He said they were very nice and answered every question politely and honestly. I just might surprise him myself with tickets to another match!

Brazil – Here I come! Netherlands vs Chile on June 23 in São Paulo, Brazil. I booked my tickets to this one as a thank you to my friend, who booked us the tickets to the match against Spain. I received all the information I need as I spoke to the sales rep on the live chat on the website. He explained about the deliveries and I provided with all the info needed.

Do not buy from this site! It is a scam, I have ordered 2, months ago but have not seen my tickets till now. When I call/write to customer service nobody response or write back to call confirm when my tickets are to be delivered. The line gets diverted to the voice mail and nobody picks up. They have no tickets, it is a scam!

I will tell in long story. But at this moment just to remind you guys NEVER buy tickets from this company. If somebody want to process legally pls let me know. I want to do so. They are Liar, doing many scam. After i finish my groups in Rio, i will tell all the things here..

Just got a call confirming the details and verifying my order. Full marks for customer service! Makes me feel secure about booking my tickets! They strike me as reliable and above board. I now have two reserved tickets for Spain vs Netherlands. Can hardly wait!

The website looks very good, but somhow I'm not convinced about their seriousity. Why would they call themself liveworldcup2014tickets? No names of the pople behind company, no history which means it's not possible to check their reputation.

I like this website very much, it's so easy to navigate and find what you want and best of all they carry World Cup tickets without the headache of the lottery rounds. I ordered and paid for my worldcup tickets some 2/3 months ago and I leave this Friday and still don't have my tickets, cant get through on the phone and no reply to emails... Any suggestions anyone. I am absolutely certain this is a fraudulent website. They send emails generated by random email generators, their phones are never answered, and they refuse to answer any questions on emails. I have now reported them to FIFA and the Dutch police (as officially that is where their website is hosted. My order was placed three months ago and I still have not received the tickets and leave for Brazil tomorrow. They keep telling me they will be delivered to the city of the game ON THE DAY OF THE GAME - which is obviously too late for you to do anything when they do not show up. Avoid this site like the plague, and if you have been scammed as well, please report them to FIFA and the Dutch police to avoid this happening again.

Todo estaba más o menos hecho para mí, así que cuando llegué las cartas me estaban esperando en la recepción.

Very poor company... dishonest.
When ordering the tickets (By phone), I received a "Yes "response to all my questions; "Do you have a source secured for the tickets?"."Can you obtain for me, seats close to the center? "... So, I placed my order for "VIP GOLD tickets".
After having done this, I THEN received the Terms and Conditions form I had to sign and send back. This form stated that LWCT could upgrade (LOL) or downgrade your tickets, depending on availability, but that they would either refund or charge the difference in price.
Fast-forward, I received my tickets (Of course they were NOT the VIP) and they are located in the highest tier in the stadium and I never received a refund for the difference in price.
BTW- Be warned, the positive comments on this page may(you will notice), be written in the same hand, meaning the same individual wrote multiple reviews (Perhaps from the company ;).
LWCT business practices are misleading and perhaps fraudulent; they will be hearing from me again, but not as a customer.

First of all we found out about Tickonet from a friend who has bought tickets from them a couple of times, so we thought ok maybe this is a trusted company. So we inquired a couple of times and we got fast responses. The person i was corresponding with was Mario Estrada. I never spoke to him on the phone, it has always been on skype chats because he gives me prompt replies. Im not even sure where he's based although its mentioned that he's based in Andorra on his skype profile but again who knows whats true and not right now. Anyways, we made a deal and he could confirm me tickets with a reasonable price compared to other vendors which i have been dealing with, so i thought why not give it a shot.

Other vendors which i have been dealing with has a policy of making 50% payment first then the remaining payment to be made once they have the tickets on hand (as in before the tickets are delivered to us). But Tickonet insisted that they cannot book and confirm the tickets for us before receiving full payment from our side. We tried negotiating few times but they stood still by their policy. So after alot of discussion and consideration we thought lets give it a shot, anyways a friend of ours has bought tickets from them a couple of times so we thought this should be safe. So we made full payment for Spain vs Chile worldcup match for 34 seats in CAT 1 and 48 seats in CAT 2.

After a couple of weeks, it was beginning of may i think, we contacted Mario again asking if the tickets are ready and he said he's not sure and has to check. We asked him many times in that 1 week time but we got same answers. And after that week, we couldnt reach him at all. He never picked up his phone, he never came online on skype, he doesnt reply to any of our emails. The only time he replied us, he said that he was sick and someone will get in touch with us soon. But nobody did. Thats when we started panicking.

We tried calling the number countless times, we tried finding other contact numbers from the website and we found out that was linked to another website - www.easysportstickets.com and there it was mentioned a few call center numbers. And guess what! NONE OF THEM PICKED UP THE PHONE! After a thousand tries, someone picked up the phone in the call center for France. She could check the order number and all so i felt a little bit calm but she couldnt help me with any of my questions, all of her answers was just "i dont know" or "i will check and get back to you" but obviously she was never getting back to me. She mentioned that the tickets will be delivered directly to Brazil on the 16th June (The match was on 18th June). So i asked them to give us the contact number of the person in charge in Brazil but she said that was not possible. So what are we supposed to do? Wait like a foool for someone to call us?

The way the company works was very very unprofessional. Like i get it everybody is busy and everything must be crazy in Brazil but still, this was very unprofessional! We all were very disappointed.

Then on the 14th of June, i got a call from the delivery service, they mentioned that tickets will be delivered to the hotel on the 16th so it will arrive on the 17th. As usual, they couldnt give us any contact number nor could they inform approximately what time the tickets will arrive. So we waited and prayed that everything will reach on time. On the 17th At 8pm we received a package consisting of only 3 tickets! Out of 82 tickets, we only received 3! That too all 3 tickets were FAKE TICKETS! Cos when our tour leaders wanted to use them to enter the stadium, they couldnt!

And then at 9pm we received the remaining of the tickets. We received all 82 tickets but here's the best part, the 34 tickets was supposed to be in CAT 1, they sent us tickets in CAT 2 and the 48 tickets was supposed to be in CAT 2, they sent us in CAT 3! I was speeechless! How on earth will any of the clients accept this?

We emailed them countless times and called the call center but couldnt get through any of them. This practically showed how irresponsible they were.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL, DO NOT BOOK ANY TICKETS FROM THEM. THEY WILL PROVIDE YOU WILL ALL THE INFORMATION YOU NEED AT FIRST AND DISAPPEAR AFTER YOU MAKE FULL PAYMENT.

I am not very good with computers, but I was able to find the tickets I wanted very quickly and easily: Spain vs Netherlands. I can Hardly wait. The reps call from an unlisted number, so I did not want to answer at first. Thanks to the fact they kept trying, I got the confimration my order went throuhg.

This site has all the games in this year's world cup, and at any price lever I could think of. Now, all I have to do is choose what dates I can go to Brazil!
