I have used LD toner products on various HP and Canon printers. They work well and I have never had issues with the cartridges/chips unlike other vendor's replacement cartridges that sometimes cause "non-authentic" printer errors.
I use LD products all the time. I've been a customer for years. I just received my latest order for my Epson printer. My yellow cartridge was out so I put in a yellow cartridge from my latest order of three. The cartridge was recognized by the printer but would not print. I cleaned the contacts and did a head cleaning test. Still would not print. I did this four times. Finally I put in another yellow cartridge from my order. It worked the first time. I have not contacted LD Products about the issue yet.

I have been buying their products for over 15 years, possibly during their first year selling ink. I have never had a problem with any of their products. Any issues I have had was usually due to delivery service mishandle or due to firmware updates on printers trying to block reused cartridges, which makes no sense to me as we are suppose to be doing green things. This would be one of those things. Even with deliver causing breakage or firmware updates they have always come through for me. Keep in mind Lifetime warranty means a lot, as various OEM ink cartridges go out of date but, they don't give you a buy by date. HP, EPSON, CANNON ETC WILL EXPIRE. OH YEA THERE IS NO RETURNS BECAUSE OEM INK CARTRIDGES HAVE EXPIRE THEY JUST TELL YOU SORRY ABOUT YOUR. LUCK LD PRODUCTS COVER THEIR CARTRIDGES WITH NO EXPIRATION DATE ISSUES IF SO THEY WILL REPLACE THEM.

We have an Epson printer and when we were asked to do a firmware update our re-manufactured printer ink cartridges were no longer recognized. Faced with a deadline we had to purchase very expensive ink. When I called to see if any thing could be done they seem happy to replace the original purchase with free shipping. When they arrived two of the four cartridges were not recognized by the printer. They replaced them again and are working perfectly.

I have been ordering ink from LD products several years for my HP ENVY 7640. All have worked as they were designed to do and on my scale it always shows how much ink I have.
First, was hesitant to order ink cartridges. New cartridges work great. Had one problem. They replaced the cartridge and said keep the old one instead of sending it back. Service is excellent

The cartridge shipped would not fit the copier. The cartridge was labeled the same as the manufacturer's original cartridge. Sent pictures of the cartridge next to the manufactures cartridge to show the difference in shape but still had to pay return shipping to receive a refund.
