Extremely shady company. Ordered something, then found out about the bad reviews and that they sell over-specced lasers and lasers that don't exist. Requested to cancel, they refunded, but now weeks later, they are sending me an invoice to an old paypal account.

While I was impressed with the laser I purchased (while it was working), it just stopped working seemingly for no reason. I did not drop it or get it wet. I contacted customer support and was told I should purchase another one since it lasted for more than a year and they would not be able to help me with a repair as the products come from China (should have guessed). Save yourself the time and money and find a laser made in the USA (or at least not China) if you want / expect such an expensive and seemingly high quality laser to actually work for longer than a year or so.

I ordered a 5000mw red laser to replace a 5mw red laser. The 5mw has the class rating label and a keyed safety switch that the FDA requires on all light emitting devices. The one they sent me has neither of these and it has no more power than the 5mw. They advised that the beam is adjustable by turning the head. I took the head off and there is nothing in the head, unlike my 5mw which has a lens inside it. I even sent them a picture of a pencil in the laser head. Gonna file a complaint with the FDA and Consumer Affairs offices.

My bank thankfully declined the transaction on time, and now they constantly sending me messages with Fake PayPal in voices "LaserPointerPro would like to remind you to pay invoice #*******. Amount $103.44" "*******@paypal.com"

I received mine as a gift for sharing a post on facebook. They were very friendly and quick to ship it out. I received it about a week after it was shipped, which is impressive considering it came from China!

The laser pointer itself is awesome. It's by far, the brightest laser I've ever seen. The lock on it is a nice touch to make sure kids don't play with it.

I won this laser for free so 5 stars. It is bright and shoots a long distance. Fun for pointing out stars in the night sky.

I ordered a laser before reading the terrible one star reviews. I immediately contacted them to cancel. Their reply was that they could not find my order. Four days later it arrived. I contacted them again and sent pictures of their packaging showing that they sent me the laser. Their response was that they have no record. Attempting to stop payment with my credit card company.

I read numerous negative reports just after placing an order from LaserPointerPro which made me slightly edgy but the laser arrived ahead of schedule and was as powerful as advertised. Highly recommended.

Don't buy from this laserpointerpro. They don't send you everything you order and they ignore you no matter how many times you ask them for assistance to fix the issue. I've contacted their customer support 4 times as well as multiple facebook messages with no response from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I wish I had seen reviews before I wasted my money here.

These are a nice comfortable size for holding, and they have a good strong beam. My two kittens love these. I also use the flashlight to search for them in their dark hiding spots when I can't find them, so these laser pointers serve a double-duty! They've been perfect so far.

I bought a $90 laser pointer 3 months ago... product finally arrives today and looks different than advertised. Battery NOT included as promised in product description. Afterwards, I bought a $22 product from Amazon that was much brighter and included a battery. This website is a Chinese knockoff scam. Read the descriptions on their website and notice the many grammatical errors before purchasing. Don't get fooled. Buy from a trusted source.

Ordered a laser pointer, about two weeks later received an email saying:

"We are regret to inform you that the current free logistics channel has been suspended by the post office.

Because the unit price of your product is too low. Our paid logistics costs are higher.
So you need to make up for the logistics costs.
You need to make up the shipping fee of $18.99.
The following is the link to make up the shipping fee. Please pay in time so that we can ship you sooner."

I wrote back noting that this is ridiculous and requesting a refund. I am not holding my breath.

Order #*******: Either they sent defective or wrong green laser. Four email requests for RMA for over a week now and NOTHING! No phone number either.
I'm calling my credit card co. And see what they recommend. Very sad when sellers take your money and then become impossible to contact. STAY AWAY!

Bought it for my friend, he like it. May be I will buy another one for myself. It is better, if laserpointerpro will send me a coupon.

I purchased one of these expensive lasers and it does not perform as advertised! I tried contacting them 4 times with no response! I would return it for a refund but no one contacts you back. DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY!

I received this excellent laser,(*******mw). I use it with a kaleidoscope with friends, it is perfect to observe the starry sky, the green light is very bright... i Love it! Thank you LaserPointerPro!

Never buy here. They do not respond to emails, don't ship product and if you do receive something it doesn't work. They are, as stated elsewhere, a cheap Chinese knockoff with false advertising - powers of lasers ae NOWHERE near as advertised. Cheap junk marked up 5x. Positive reviews are plants from the company.

Fraudulent company. Keep away from them. They declare totally false values of output power.
A 50W handheld laser DOES NOT EXIST.
You can get a maximum of 9,10W by a single laser diode for a HANDHELD LASER which has a "flashlight size" if you overclock it. Not more.
Their products have a false output power value and people can check it using a simple power meter.

I ordered two green lasers of the 301 series at different times, a 500 mw and a 1000 mw. Both came fairly quickly, and both worked well. In both cases I paid an additional $6.00 postage due to the post office. I think because the forwarding company in Sacramento generated an address barcode that was a duplicate, and incorrectly identified the Rural Route, based on the postal worker's explanation. The shell was well constructed from aluminum, and the keys were stamped and a bit flimsy. I found I could remove a section of the barrel and switch out lithium battery types for about the same power. What I didn't like was the momentary switch, way too light an activation, so I electrical-taped a rubber washer around the switch to prevent accidental operation, and turn it on with my fingernail now. I would like to see how accurate the power rating is for these due to the cheap price, but all the reviews do is trash the return service, so they aren't very helpful. I will buy from them again, no real issues to complain about.

I paid $200. Pointer missing front lens and does not even come on. No response at all from the company to my emails or to the submissions to their support page..
