Was a great tool. Now I cannot even shorten a video clip. Has been stuck for months with glitches. If I cannot shorten a video clip in the software what is the point? I feel ripped off as I upgraded from the free version to get something totally unusable.
The design and understandability of the site is bad in my opinion, they should fix it. I'm sure it will be a better site when they fix it.
BUY SOMETHING ELSE! After purchasing the Pro membership I created five movies. You say, "Wow! That's cool!"WRONG! I made five versions of the same movie because the system kept disgarding my movies. No archives no backup nothing! I'm under a deadline and cannot meet it because this program is faulty and cannot be relied to store my work. Therefore it is useless.
I am putting together a 600 slide show for our 6th grade graduation. Everything on the preview using the program was perfect. I timed all of my songs to where they needed to be and transition effects. When I went to burn it on a DVD, the first song starts off in the middle of the song. I tried contacting them, but am unsure how to do that. I called the number they have on their website, but it directs you to put in a person's extension or indicate the person's last name and then it hangs up if you don't have that information. Any thoughts as I have to burn this movie 52 times by June 5th!
After making a slight bit of noise on social media, they contacted me back. They ignored requests for a refund, but did clarify the problem with being unable to edit video clips. They had told me in an old email they'd for sure fix it. That was a lie. They now say they are not going to fix it. They are continuing to sell full priced memberships, have no warning on their site that you can't edit clips, and the part of the program that did it still shows up. It is beyond misleading. This is criminal theft. It's tantamount to selling coffee makers that don't make coffee. They actually offer up going to a different free program to edit clips, render clips, then bring them into Kizoa. That's not video editing. That is stealing. They know it, they keep selling it. Hit them and hit them hard. This is the shadiest thing I've been taken in on. Could have just refunded me. Now it's a bigger fight.
I love the features of the product but a few things. I cant figure out how to delete extra slides that are not needed. The music selections are not the greatest. And I've now lost my project twice due to the website freezing. Even if I don't close my computer down. When I go back my work is gone. It is frustrating. I spend many hours personalizing my project for my loves birthday today..
Its given me the tools to create wonderful family video memories from old pictures and videos. I cant praise and recommend it enough, especially the ease with which the tools can be used.
I cannot even get into the site anymore. Shows an icon telling me to click where the green arrow is, but there's nothing there on my computer. The two examples it shows don't apply. Haven't been able to access the site at all. I loved using it before, but have been trying other sites now because Kizoa changed things to make it inaccessible for me. Sooooo frustrating!

I am a business level member and have been using Kizoa for several years. I would say as a whole it is a good product. I wish they had someone/team updating templates. It seems in 2 years they have not really changed or been updated. This is a mixed blessing because it has forced me to learn how to do more myself. That being said. It would be a cool idea if they had a way for their users to be able to submit templates. Allowing the Kizoa creative community to work to improve the app for the community as a whole.
There are a few bugs I have come across that I would love to be able to address and if I ever get ahold of someone - which brings me to another con. Maybe because it is a smaller operation., But customer service is hard to get a hold of. Even for a premier member. Maybe someone more available or dedicated number for business memberships.
Over all it is a solid product. Perfect no. But, comparable and ease of use is there..
I enjoy working with the program. There should be an option to remove multiple photos from a project or movie. Also is there a maximum of photos that can be downloaded? And is there a maximum number of photos that can be saved as a movie? The movie-making is quite slow and sometimes have to restart.

I use Kizoa almost weekly and find it a great tool. My only issues with it is that sometimes it doesn't save my collages or projects, and t doesn't allow me to mute the sound of a video slide and play music over the top. Other than that it's been really useful for me.
The Kizoa Apps is user friendly. However, when I have a question, it's hard to find anyone to help. That's my only issue!
I love Kizoa. It has allowed me to make epic birthday, anniversary and all sorts of other videos.
The premium is worth it so that I can add my own music - but even before I went premium your music selection is very good and can be used in all sorts of ways.
Software is a little outdated and themes are limited. Works well for short videos, but not longer ones (more than 5 min).

Did you know there are several possibilites to load your movie on Youtube? For example you can easily download your movie on your computer, then load directly on Youtube. It's just an other way to publish your creation.

There are sooooo many problems and bugs in the software, it's unbelievable.
I am so desperate becouse I try to make a movie for my son Bar mitzvah which is coming soon and have so many problems all the time.
I have tried so many times to call and to send e-mails but nobody respond.
It is such a shame that you know to take the subscription money but the service you give is completely zero!
Paid for a premium lifetime subscription and have had nothing but problems. When adding a gif to an image there doesn't seem to be a way to make it stick' without saving the whole slideshow. After that, the gif frame appears on all the images (without the gif) until I close the site & browser and pull it up again. Sometimes, when uploading photos or downloading a completed video it gets stuck and I have to start it over again. When I copy the link to share the online version, it only provides a link to the original slideshow I made, not the current version after edits. I've tried calling the customer support number but there was no answer. Not even a recorded message to say there is no one in the office due to Covid-19 if that is the case. An email sent three days ago hasn't been answered or acknowledged Overall, I feel that I've been ripped off and it would be great if either the problems could be resolved or I could actually reach someone to get a refund.
LLevo 4 años con Kizoa pero desde hace más de 5 meses, dejó de funcionar, primero quitaron poder publicar en Youtube, luego problemas con los collages, luego problemas con las descargas, ahora problemas con la música, e intentas contactar con alguien, tardan semanas en contestar a quien contesten... En mi caso si me han contestado pero no arreglan nada de nada, han eliminado su página de Facebook, no sé si es que han hackeado el programa o que está pasando pero leo cantidad de gente con el mismo problema y sin solución alguna por parte de ellos, es vergonzosa la situación y no hacen nada ni dan explicaciones, yo tal y cómo está hoy en día, no aconsejo a nadie que compre ninguna membresía, no podrán usarlo, hace años era una maravilla ahora no lo recomiendo y estoy muy disgustada ya que mi trabajo depende del programa.
I had this application for awhile, but noticed, lately when I try to forward the link or email to my friends they are unable to view the movie. My membership is limited and in the past we had no problems and I enjoy using this application. Presently, I am unable to send my movies via email or link, it comes out blank to my friends. Not sure what is going on. Would love to continue using, but it is not useful if my friends cannot see my movies. Thank you and hope others are not having this issue?

Answer: Hi Pushpa, it sounds like you may need to link your Facebook account to your Kizoa account by going to the "My Images" tab of Kizoa and hitting the blue and white "Connect" button in the lower right corner, in the blue Facebook space. You will then be prompted to enter your Facebook information, and once your accounts are successfully linked, please try again to post your movie!

Hello Ben, we are very sorry you had such a bad experience. You're right about trimming videos. It was possible with the old Flash-based version but is now absent with the newest HTML5 version, and we should have taken this feature out of the website. If we did not do so, it's because it was always in our roadmap. It simply got delayed. As it happens, I have only had confirmation that, hopefully the video trimming feature should back up sometime next week.
