Difficulty in obtaining support and when I did finally reach someone they were in France which made it impossible to trouble shoot my issues. Such a waste of money. I tried requesting a refund and received no response.
The film cutting option has not worked for three weeks. I have called many times (8 or 9 now) and have yet to get a representative. I have gotten an email telling me it is a bug and that they are working on it. I'm even more nervous today because the whole website is down. Hoping I haven't lost all my footage.
Until the past few weeks I was really happy with Kizoa. I am hoping it works again so I can restore the stars I would have given it a few weeks ago.
Update: It has been about 5 months now with no change, except that I am no longer to send emails for some reason. I'm about to go on every rating site Kizoa is attached to and in every language to warn people to stay away if this continues.

Whelp, I made my video but can not post it to Facebook. It keeps telling me to try again in a few seconds. I sent a request for help but have not yet received a response. After several hours of this I am tired of trying. I'm just glad I didn't buy the full package.

When I first began using Kizoa several years ago it was quite functional. Not completely user friendly, but it was possible to learn your way around and create a fairly nice movie/slide show. But recently it's function has declined markedly, stopping my projects midstream after a great deal of effort, with no support from Kizoa. Constantly unable to upload critical photos and collages after putting in a great deal of work. Very, very frustrating. If you are looking for a dependable media production application I can no longer recommend Kizoa. Definitely look elsewhere because this one has become a dead end.

I paid for Kizoa last year & created an amazing video for Fathers Day. I was so impressed I chose to purchase one of the upgrades and it was supposed to be for 12 months. A few months later I was denied access to my account which kept telling me my subscription had expired. Not happy!

We have checked into our system and apparently it is a double account problem, so when you log into your account possibly it’s another account, a basic/free one that has expired that’s showing up.
Since your Premium account is for life, this should not happen.

I was looking for a nice free website to make a video of my holiday pictures. I checked several reviews of Kizoa and I understood I could make a simple video of 1GB. I have no idea how much 1 GB is so maybe that was a mistake. It took me hours to make the video as I am not so technical. Only when I tried to download it, I was notified that I could only make a 1 min video for free, otherwise I have to pay about £30. That's a bit too much for 1 video really so now I'm stuck with a video that I can only see as long as they keep offering the service/website, I guess. More honest info would be appreciated, like a reminder "your video is now longer then 1 min. To be able to share or download it, you will have to pay" or something like that. Even afterwards I checked several websites where Kizoa is advertised as a free service with many features etc. Most people however would want to make a video that is longer then 1 min so the "free" is misleading.
I reported 2 weeks ago already that i can not cut my clips - the window stays grey! I can not send emails to you anymore - they are not deliverable! I paid for this program and i expect some service. And when you finally fix that problem? First was said next 3 days, now it´s 2 weeks and nothing happened. Your support email don´t work anymore and you also deleted it from menu!
Transaction was slow. Had to call two times before someone was able to get my purchased account activated correctly.
Also I have started receiving a ton of spam since signing up for Kizoa and that is annoying.

Since last year I haven't been able to use Kizoa. Numerous attempts to get the problem fixed through support failed.
I keep getting the message: "This content cannot be modified because it does not belong to you" when I want to delete images. Also, uploading doesn't always work.
I loved working with Kizoa, but now I'm really disappointed.
Kizoa is really simple to use - and gets the work done. There are a few features that need improvement, but support told me they are planning to roll out an upgrade this year. The price is good, too. After a discount, I paid $75 for a lifetime membership. All in all, I'm satisfied.
I paid for lifetime membership of it's facilities and I love it and use it on my online project almost daily.
Now a complete blank for days and that is unusual. No real information coming out of the company and no reply to emails.
I really do need to know. PLEASE KIZOA. Come back or tell people you are over.

The site is attractive and works pretty well. To be able to add all the effects and transitions you do have to pay for the two year deal, so it really depends on how much your going to use it in that time. I've used it a couple of times, and it's done good, but just had problems with one I just put together for someone. Had problems with uploading some of my own music, and a couple of hiccups in the music transitions, but over all I would recommend the program. There is no immediate response from customer support, they got back to me once, still waiting on a fix to problem.
I just purchased Kizoa and am quite happy.
Only a few main concerns.
Even after purchasing the second highest one I still get pop-ups to try and get me to upgrade.

Very helpful when I call in for help on the site. Have always fixed my problems and a person actually answers the phone. Use this site every year for family day videos. Used it to make a video of my Mother after she passed away and it was beautiful. Thank you.
Program is fun to work with, but when "exporting" the file it took a substantial amount of time. Additionally, one of the exports only exported the first few slides meaning I had to go through the process all over again. Lastly, in terms of service, the tech support was difficult to understand. Use this, but don't both paying for the extras, you will be better off paying for a real video editing program with that same amount of money.

Kizoa offers a TON of features and capabilities, but what really puts them over the top (for me) is their customer service. Prompt, friendly and efficient, they go above and beyond to make sure users get what they need. Few things that come into my mind that other similar platforms have is the opportunity to record over the video and add filters to the video. Maybe few new text popping up options would be highly appreciated (personally interested in one that kind of like pops out few times and then stays).

Have made some very special Videos of my Grandson and are now working on one in the memory of my nephew who was killed at the age of 17. His mother wants me to show his short life so we can see all the memories of him.
Being able to pick up the phone when you have a question and actually speak to someone in English is a very convenient advantage. Though I am still trying to figure out why my animation on Facebook continues to loop (replay over and over), the support team has been accommodating.
For the need to purchase a membership I expected just a little more. Graphics wise it was alright, serving its purpose just fine, but the finer details left much to be desired. I had so many issues with the music fading out properly despite the video ending when the music should. There was also glitches with transitions and the consistency of the volume. End video project was okay, but not a masterpiece by any means of imagination. Now that I have the membership I'll be using it, but might consider other programs for the audio function.
