Do NOT buy from them! I would just like to caution anyone seeking prom or formal wear from IZIdresssale.

I am dealing with, wrong dress sent, not as ordered, poor quality, did not fit, arrived day of prom and now they will not let me return it. I was overcharged an unexplained $46.00 and the best they have done so far is to offer a refund of $69.99 on receipt of dress but have given me no refund address. They charged me $213.98 total. BUYER BEWARE. One added note. I paid extra for expedited shipping of 3-6 days, ordered on the 8th of April. Received on the 28th of April, 20 days.

The dress I ordered, was not to my measurements. I had ordered my Wedding dress in plenty of time I thought.
1 first mistake
2. Dress were not my measurements.
3. The dress arrived the day before my wedding.
4 had to go to My nearest store a buy a dress off the rack.
5. No return address instructions were in the bag with the dress.
6.The reply was for me to take the dress to a resale shop and try to sell it.
I will burn it before I will take it to a resale shop.
They are a company I will never recommend to anyone and I will never purchases anything else.
Don't, don't, don't ever order from them and tell all your friends not to order from them.
They keep your money and you get a pill of stuff you can't use.

I ordered a dress from IziDresses and paid extra to have it tailor made. The dress arrived earlier than promised and it fit perfectly. Here's the problem - I ordered a dress in a watermelon color and the dress I received was ORANGE! It wasn't even close. I sent a picture of the dress and the swatch of watermelon color to the company to show clearly the difference. They could only respond by repeating over and over and over that they made the dress to my order specifications and would not make good on their product. The dress was supposed to be for my son's wedding. Orange is not a good look for the mother of the groom who's wedding is navy, white and maroon and a near Christmas wedding!

I got my dress. $191 Trouble paying for dress via AM Vogue, they sent it to my email to pay to IZI dress-should have known! Took over a month to get. POOR, POOR quality. Appears to have moth holes in it. No contact or address for this company. Offered me $5 and 20% off next dress to keep. Long story short many correspondence via email. Told me very expensive to ship back and usually get lost and I should keep and sell to 2nd hand store for my money back, offer then went to $10. Per AM Vogue They offer 50% back + I pay return ship. I asked for return address anyway. They refused to give it to me. Offer is for me to take $15 and 20% off next order. I have turned them in to BBB any other ideas?

DO NOT ever order anything from this company. They are a TOTAL rip off. The dress they show you on the website is NOT the dress you will receive. They blame it all on their factory when they are the ones show should be approving it before it is sent to you. My dress looked nothing like the picture on the website. The cost of my dress was $149.98. When I contacted them to let them know that they didn't send the dress that I ordered, they said I could send it back but they would only give me 50% and if I don't send the dress back they offered me $17.00. Go elsewhere to get your dress other than here.

I did not read the reviews and order a dress for my granddaughter's wedding. First, they do not have the dress made so it takes more than 30 days to deliver. I did not take my own measurements because I usually fit the same size. The dress did not fit and their refund policy depends on the reason for the return, they will only refund the 50% and one has to pay the shipping back to Hong Kong.
The confection of the dress was incredible good, right color, no complaints on this. So if you are sure of your measurements, they work really well.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. DRESS ORDERED as hunter green and it arrived as turquoise and trimmed in sage. Yes that's what I said. Pictured as all one color and came as two unexpected different unmatching colors. Also, the stitching quality is terrible, irregular and off the edge on the hemming. Also came with a gray stain in the center of the dress front and inspite of giving accurate measurements, it came 6 inches larger! And they barely speak English as the tell you they will not refund your money and that you are wrong in your assessments of the dress. I learned my lesson -I will not buy from a site I cannot verify products are made in North America. This is substandard junk!

Ordered two evening gown dresses from Izi Dressale and the dresses did not look anything like the picture on their site. The material of the fabric is very cheap, the detail is terrible and the sizes are not accurate!

They are difficult to reach and they suggested selling it at a resale shop. They will not return the dresses for a full refund and they want you to take pictures of the items to send to them as proof, but they would not do anything about it. They would only refund 50% of the total paid and the customer has to pay for the shipping from the U.S. to China.

They wanted me to reconsider in keeping the dresses because if I returned them, the package might get lost in the international mail. Which meant lose money and no dresses after all. This is a scam, please do not order from this site!

It was just horrendous to deal with this company. I ordered a clearly tea-length dress and received and over-sized gown! I am 5'5 and I would have needed 4 inch heels just to keep it a gown and not have it touch the floor. My husband is 6 ft. Tall and it would have touched the ground when measured up to him. I had to have tea-length for a wedding I was in. Communication with this company is so insane. I was not able to get a phone number and talk to a real person. All was through email. They said their "factory" has the measurements and they were right. They asked for pictures. I sent pictures. They said showed to factory and nothing they can do it was built for the right length and should have been tea-length. Just no talking to them. I think it is a Chinese company as they said the cost to send back to them internationally would be more expensive and advised I sell it on my own. In the end they refunded me $40 on a $165 purchase. Will NEVER buy from them again! Be forewarned. I didn't listen to the reviews and here I am.
