They nailed in all five areas I care for: great website, service, pricing, delivery and customer service (in 7 reviews)
This was the second time I used Good Seat Tickets to purchase tickets for a show. (in 4 reviews)

Since the show I wanted to take my granddaughter to was sold out, I had to buy tickets on the secondary market. It was easy, I downloaded the tickets and had no problems. The seats were better than I expected since I had never been to the venue before. It was a fun time with my sweet little girl. Thank you!
Tip for consumers: Check the seating chart at the venue. I kept one window open in that and one on the ticket sales so I could figure out where to sit. And I download all my tickets and print at home.Ask Deborah about Good Seat Tickets
Was in NYC and wanted to see the Book of Mormons. Goodseattickets was where I found the best price and seats. Will surely do business with them again.
Purchased football tickets from them. Bought nine tickets three worked. We got to stadium and they said tickets scan was no good. There were three hundred other purchases on the same seats they told us this happens all the time nothing they can do so whoever entered first with the ticket were allowed in everyone else out of luck. During the game no one in the seats we purchased. Just one horrible experience. Fraud fraud fraud. Called good seats back they act like its our fault. Still trying to get our money back
My whole experience with Goodseattickets was amazing. They kept in constant communication about my order and shipped it quickly. The people I communicated with were all very friendly and helpful. The tickets arrived to us well sealed and with clear instructions on what to do. The tickets was for my son as it was his first baseball game. He had a wonderful time at the dbacks game. I have already recommended it to several friends and my wife and I will be getting more tickets in future.
Buyer beware! They are crooks! i purchased 2 e-tickets just to find out it was rejected. Three days passed andd i didn't recieve the tickets so i called them. they said the tickets were rejected. My bank account said otherwise! They took my money and did't have the courtesy to call me.. When i called them they said i had to fax my id and i may not get the same price. Which means i paid twice because i still haven't gotten refunded!!!!!
I wish I had read these reviews before I made the terrible mistake. One problem when ordering thru this site is that they don't reveal the seating information until you already purchased it. The only info they will provide you is the row. I ended up getting the corner seats at the very left side which had a terrible view. I called to cancel or change seating but they won't do it. What made it worst is that I found ticketmaster.com provided the exact seating info and the price is half the cost. They are just a middleman for ticketmaster. Don't buy from this crook!
Tip for consumers: Don't buy from these crooks!Ask Wailun about Good Seat Tickets
You may get tickets in a different section than what you purchased as stated online since they don't require their ticket owners to specify the exact section that the tickets are in, allowing them to be misleading on purpose. The cust rep told me that you cannot go by what the online listing says, and that you have to call to get more accurate information, as though this was a policy stated on the website which is not the case. I overpaid about $85 per ticket and they won't issue me the refund I demanded.
I brought 5 tickets from GoodSeatTickets for Ringling Bro Circus show. It cost me $215, when my friend bought it one row closer to me for $25 per person. I overpaid by 100%. Don't buy from this place.
We purchase 2 tickets for the Eddie Izzard concert on May 26, 2015 for $493.60. We arrived at the venue early so we could pick them up at the call window. We were told that there were NO TICKETS under our name. We showed our paperwork and ID. We called StubHub! who sent us a confirmation letter in the mail and they were no help. After 25 minutes with them we called Good Ticket Seat who said they would call us back. We waited and waited. We finally gave up and came home at 8:20. After we arrived home at about 8:30 we got a call by someone accusing us of not trying to pick up the tickets. Why did we get dressed up and drive to the venue???? Because we wanted to see Eddie Izzard!!! The person selling the tickets is a jerk. While they were making insane accusations, I was on the other phone calling the credit card people to inform them. We are getting our money back, but I'd rather have seen the show. Always use a credit card with these kinds of purchases. We a Debit card you don't have the same resources.
Paid top dollar for tickets for a show for my 6 year old daughter and myself. This company delivered the wrong tickets to the will call window. Had to plead with the theater manager for tickets so my daughter would not be disappointed which luckily I was able to get. Goodseattickets offered nothing for their mistake. Their only concern is what were the seat numbers on the wrong tickets they delivered. No apology, no empathy and finally had to go thru my credit card company to get a refund. I, obviously, would not recommend this company.
My wife and I live in New York City and we go to a Broadway shows about once every 2 months. We went to "Good Seat Tickets" because we were looking for tickets to "An Act Of God" for the next day (Sunday, June 7th). We could only find tickets in the back of the Orchestra for $178 per ticket which wasn't great but was acceptable. When we went to check out we saw that there was a service fee of over $50 a ticket, which put our total to more more than $450 for two tickets. We decided to go to telecharge to see if we could get anything better and we did. We got center orchestra seats, 5 rows from stage (instead of the back row) for $330 for both tickets (oh yeah, and that's including the service fee). I was so shocked I thought I should definitely warn people with a review, but looks like lots of other people have already found this out. Summary from a New Yorker: all tourists beware...Do Not Use This Site...unless you're ok with being ripped off. I've attached a screenshot to prove the service fee is actually $50...
Tip for consumers: Don't use this site. Go to Telecharge or another mainstream site.Ask Denis about Good Seat Tickets
I ordered 4 tickets for a 1 PM show. Got confirmation; my credit card was charged. Then got an e-mail saying the tickets they sold me were unavailable; they wanted me to phone them. I did; was offered tickets for a later show at 5 PM on same day.. I declined. They refused to withdraw the charge on my credit card explaining that I would get a "refund" within 5 days. I made a fuss that they charged my card without providing the merchandise. They said it was like returning merchandise to a store. I responded that at a store, I would have the merchandise in hand to return - they had not provided the merchandise. I asked for a supervisor (who seemed surprised when I asked if he was the supervisor). I had to explain the situation; he offered an "upgrade" of front row seats if I would take the 5 PM show tickets; I agreed. The "suoervisor" put me on hold and came back a couple of minutes later. The front row seats became row "S" (think nosebleed) tickets, which were 3 rows closer to the stage than the original tickets. Not the promised front row seats. I declined. We had a repeat of the conversation with the previous salesperson about charging my card when they could not provided the tickets ordered. The issue was unresolved. I tried to contact the customer service email address provided on the website; my message came back as undeliverable due to the non-existence of the email address.
I had a pleasant experience with this website. I ordered nationals tickets on sunday and got my e-ticket to download and print out by monday night. I even called customer service and the woman I spoke to walked me through the process of how to print them out. Overall B+
I got scammed srsly beware do NOT BUY there email adress bounces back their phones don't answer there letter comes to you in spam or junk when you buy it. This scammer did A VERY good job site looks beyond real. Don't let there cheaper prices trick you.
Please do not buy tickets from this site. My parents bought me and my fiancé tickets to go see The Phantom of the Opera last night. It was our Christmas present from my parents and I've been excited about it for weeks. We were told they would be waiting for us at will call but when we got there, there were no tickets in our name. I called the number from the confirmation email I recieced but immediately was put on hold. Needless to say, we were both extremely upset (especially me). It ruined my night. I had to request off of work to get the night off for basically nothing. Oh, and we drove over an hour to get there. So upset. This doesn't deserve a star at all and I hope my parents can get their money back.
Scam site. Their phone number goes straight to voice mail, and their customer support email gets bounced back as undeliverable. They did not email me a receipt, but they sure charged my card. I will be disputing the charge with my CC company. Check their Facebook page -- full of comments of people complaining. I have no idea why so many positive reviews are floating around for this scam site.
2nd Purhase from Good seat tickets.com in a month and i am so happy with their prices. I compared their pricing to other sites and they were certainly the cheapest. Tickets arrives swiftly by fedex in less than 48 hrs. I am customer for life.
Do not buy from this site! It's 2 days before the concert and still haven't received my ticket. They sent me an empty FEDEX envelope about 2 months ago and then got an e-mail saying it was a mistake and the tickets would come closer to the concert. I called customer service and now they are telling me to pick it up at the box office. This won't work because I ordered this ticket for my daughter and she won't be able to pick it up. Wondering if the ticket will even be at the box office if we show up. Customer service was looking in to an electronic ticket but haven't heard anything and now can't get through to customer service.
This place is a joke!!!!!
Absolutely horrible!! Didn't ever get the tickets I paid for, didn't get a refund either. Won't even answer my emails or phone calls. I wish that I would have read the reviews before I purchased my tickets. I am out almost 200.00 and really ticked. I hope that the BBB will do something to shut them down. They don't even deserve one star
Oh, but does it even deserve one star?
I suppose it did a good job in allowing me to upload my information.
I had no questions whatsoever regarding where to input my credit card number, what a shock.
What WAS a shock was when I realized I was being charged $15 for shipping, and $11 in "additional fees"
So my "$46" tickets were all of a sudden $72. I was vexed.
SO, since I was NOT content with paying a near $30 in BS, I immediately jammed my fingers on the backspace, to return to the page with my information, to see if I had clicked a wrong button, because SURELY that price wasn't correct.
The best part of the process, however, was 3 minutes later, when I received an invoice via email, regarding my 'purchase of the tickets', despite the fact that I do not recall pressing a "Purchase" button. But somehow I had bought the ticket. And of course it's an "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" kind of website. What a surprise, I wonder why that's necessary?
Anyway, be it an unfortunate computer glitch, or a poorly designed website, (my inference being the latter), the tickets had been purchased, and thus, this livid customer was born.
I'm a firm believer in concepts. I'm a little upset about the $26 that was pick-pocketed away from me. But the idea of such intense nickle-and-dimeing (though it's escalated far beyond 5 and 10 cent pieces), is baffling, disconcerting, and alarms me as to what lengths people go to to milk out as much money as they can gulp down.
Well, I hope they choke on it.
I read all the negative reviews and decided that I preferred to try to do business over the phone rather than through the net.
I just got done talking with costumer service in this website, the person was super helpful in explaining all the "extra" fees and delivery options. I found that the online prices were very comparable with what was available at my venue's box office. The processing fees and taxes cover the amount that I would have spent in gas and parking to get it directly from the box office. I would not hesitate in contacting them again.
After my experience, I feel that most negative reviews come from people that did not read the fine print. 1) Prices shown for individual tickets do not include taxes and processing fees. 2) Unless you purchase tickets early enough to be delivered through mail, or the ticket is available for purchase as an eticket (which you get through email and have to print out and bring with you), you will have to go somewhere to pick up the tickets. They will not be available at will call at the event because they are not being sold by the venue itself. 3) Make sure that the lowest price that you see is for the showtime that you prefer.
NEVER.. NEVER.. AGAIN.. the worst ..
I was charged more than the I was expecting, AND I was told the tickets were located in one area but, when printed they had been switched for less favorable location...truly our seats were the very last row possible... When I purchased the tickets, I was showed a middle level balcony.
What a disappointed.. I paid over $130 per ticket .. the people next to me paid $28 each.... FEELING TRULEY ROBBED...
This company is a total scam. They do not tell you about hidden service and delivery fees until AFTER your credit card has been charged. All sales are final so you are screwed. Customer service is a joke - will not cancel sale and give you money back. All these good reviews on here are more than probably posted by the company. Do not believe them. I
THIS SITE IS NOT LEGIT. They processed the wrong order. I purchased 4 tickets for $368. They charged my card $700.80. I have left 3 messages with them with no response. I called their sales line and they basically called me a liar and told me they hear that story every day and I am no different. I now have to dispute the transaction to get my money back through my bank.
Update- I ended up selling the tickets on Stub Hud to get my money back.
Service very professional, tickets prices reasonable, overall great service would definately use again!"
I ordered 4 tickets for the Nutcracker in Columbus, Ohio, for December 20th. The tickets were to have been waiting for me at will-call.
They were not.
My bank and I are currently trying to get my $270.84.
Goodseattickets.com really knows how to treat its customers with respect. I will use it and again. Thanks.
DON'T buy tickets from this site until you have checked Ticketmaster prices. Ticketmaster's price for the same seats (actually one row forward) would have been $150.00 CHEAPER.
Do your research. Very frustrating experience. Company doesn't provide an opportunity to review or rate your experience after purchasing from them either...no surprise there.
Easy, Convenient, Professional, friendly and very efficient service.
I was extremely please with the service I received. I will use again, and I would recommend this company.
Be very wary about ordering tickets from “Good Seats” and Song Entertainment P3. From my experience, “Good Seats” should change their company name to “Worst Seats.” I made the mistake of using their service to order tickets for “War Horse” playing in Vancouver at the end of September at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. On their seating map for the Queen E, I selected a section identified as “B”—at the left side of the main floor orchestra area, and proceeded from there through their checkout system. The initial price ($85.00 per ticket) was amplified to $115.00 per ticket to cover handling and couriering. When I received the tickets, the seats I got were actually in the very back row of the upper balcony—the worst seats in the house! On my tickets it does indicate “B”—that letter standing for balcony on the actual Queen E seating map. I reviewed the discrepancy in seating maps and what had happened with what seems to be a subsidiary company—Song Entertainment P3, which actually issued the tickets—and they refused to acknowledge their error. Sounds like fraud to me. I tried to upgrade the tickets at Ticketmaster, but they said that wouldn’t be possible. As a result, I—and my friends—are stuck with terrible seating for an evening we were so looking forward to.
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!!!
Use a reputable one, like Stubhub. These people will steal your card information, which makes the bank cancel your card and issue a new one. Additionally, they sell your information to other agencies WHO WILL NOT STOP HASSLING YOU!
