Bought another office set which includes a table, task chair, and wall art, Order went through quickly and easily. Then the customer service phoned to provide details of the delivery - which was quicker than I had expected. The delivery driver turned up on time and was happy to offload the nightstand for me. Then they emailed to make sure everything was ok. Excellent service and really pleasant people to deal with. Oh - and EXCELLENT value for money too!
I ordered a bench, it was "in stock". Paid - they had no problems taking the payment for it! I received a call several weeks later and the bench was in fact NOT in stock. I asked for a refund and it has now been 8 months of emails and phone calls and they continue to say they will refund the money but have yet to do so. DO NOT BUY from this company, not trustworthy, not respectable and not honest! Absolute nightmare dealing with their customer service!

31/2 years ago I bought a womb chair and ottoman from France and Son. At the time it came in I was not happy with the way the felt fabric was pilling within a week. Called the customer service person and after many calls they gave me a 100.00 credit. Now 3 1/2 years later, the cushions are stretched out, and the felt fabric is thin and old looking. I called customer service again, and asked if they had replacement cushions, which I would have gladly paid for. After another couple of phone callswas told they can't do anything, and I should buy fabric take them to an upholsterer. I am very disappointed, and will never do business with the. Again.

I was charged 899.00 to reject a bathtub delivery when I was charged 399.00 to ship it. The two to three week shipping time turned into two months and I had to move forward on my remodel project. I would never order from them again.

Do not be fooled by France&Son. They will state an item is "in stock" and available for delivery within a few days. This is a 1000% scam. I ordered a product that had 9 left in stock. Waited a few weeks for an update on shipping or any correspondence (aside from BS promotional emails). I reached out to "customer service" and they said the product was discontinued by the manufacturer and can't get any more. I told them the item was in stock when ordered and the rep said they don't keep stock on hand. They did not hesitate in charging my credit card when the order was placed and held over $1100 of my money for several weeks and never attempted to contact me saying the item was discontinued or even offer a refund. I had to waste my time calling them, tracking the order and fighting for a refund. They kept pushing me to purchase another item instead of getting a refund, which obviously I refused. AVOID FRANCE&SON.

I placed the order for my coffee table and received it well before I expected it! Jason, my salesman followed my order every step of the way updating me with progress and shipping details. When the table was delivered the drivers took great care in uncrating and bringing the table into my home. I was completely satisfied with the service Jason provided, the delivery, and more importantly, I absolutely love my table. I will certainly look to France and Son for future furniture purchases!

The sofa I received from France & Son is in all ways beautiful as promised. Also, delivery was prompt. However, the extra delivery charge I paid was misleading and did not improve the delivery experience in any way.
I received prompt answers and kind service. I simply do not agree with the final answer I received and was given a different answer by the customer service representative and the department in charge of my request. Please be consistent in your wording and offer of help.
I shopped for one particular couch and France & Son offered the best deal.
I'd been looking for a green velvet couch.
I placed an order with these folks for a fairly expensive peice of furniture. After several weeks they emailed me stating that they would not fulfill the order unless I spend more money (table was $2000). I declined and they decided to cancel my order. They said to expect my refund it 14 days. After 14 days the refund was not processed. I contacted them and they stated it was processed (I confirmed with credit card company that this was not true). Another 14 days went by and still no refund. I contacted them again and they said they would look into it. After another week still no refund. I finally issued a chargeback for fraud and the credit card sided with me and refunded my purchase. These folks tried to wait me out and see if they could steal my money. They are criminals and thrives. Do not give them money. The whole operation is a scam to get you to spend money the not refund after a extended wait. I don't think they actually ship product, it's just a predatory front page preying on online shoppers avoid at all cost.

Bought two pieces that were supposed to be in stock. One of them was 4 months delayed, when they finally delivered they left it outside my door, even though I paid for white glove delivery. Never again will buy from France and Son.
I have to say that France&son has amazing products for all types of decor and has the best employees to help you find exactly what you're looking for! I have recently purchased a marble table with matching white leather chairs as a gift for my mother who has had her eye on a similar set. This fit into our home perfectly and is such high quality furniture we really enjoy! I would really recommend shopping here!
This company is truly amazing. I've never worked with such caring, and genuine sales/ customer service representatives with any other company I've bought from.
Throughout the entire process, from start to finish the team is accessible, knowledgeable and very attentive and responsive. A lot of companies lack those qualities which makes this experience much for enjoyable.
I'll be back when I re-do my other living spaces!

The whole experience was great, I was a bit apprehensive about ordering online without seeing the the product first, however, I was very pleased with the nightstand when they arrived. I really like their collection and find pieces of more modern and retro furniture fit well with an overall Arts & Crafts-filled home.
Their blog is also a treat. It's sometimes about the items they sell, sometimes just plain fun, like Halloween foods, drinks.
I've ordered two lamps from here before. One had a manufacturing problem and the staff was great in helping me get things fixed.
I have been a frequent shopper at the Tanger outlet and I stumbled upon France and Son. Upon entering I was greeted by a very enthusiastic young lady who offered her assistance. I decided to look around and found that there were so many unique pieces which were potentially multi purpose in its use. One particular piece caught my eye and not only was it aesthetically pleasing it was super comfortable. It was a sofa chair and I was able to get 2. They made a beautiful addition to my collection.

I had to change my order. I had ordered one chair with arms and that's not what I intended. Easy to change the order and they were very helpful changing it and giving a refund even before I asked.

I've tried to make a return for several weeks now and the process is very slow and the use of the docusign is annoying. You cannot initiate returns with a phone call and when I found a mistake in my refund amount on the docusign I tried to contact them about it but have not heard anything back.
Ordered a product they said was in stock on 7/25. Received an email that it had shipped and would be delivered on 8/9. On the 5th I received another email that the product did not make it on the delivery truck and it would be put it on the next truck. Then I heard nothing for days. So reached out to customer service and was told "oh sorry the product is not up to our standards and that was the last one" we don't know when it will be back in stock so we will give you a refund. Now a week later and I have not received a refund. I reached back out to customer service and they told me my refund was already processed. But no email confirmation of that and no refund has posted to my credit card. I had to contact my credit card company to get my money back. Don't buy from this company! They are a scam!

It took about eight months for these chairs to arrive. Within a few months, this is the result. I said I'd be happy with a credit, but they have no policy to take back. These chairs were about $400 each (I bought 4). They suggested that it is because I live in Arizona. I have lived here for decades, we do not have issues with indoor furniture. I have always loved this company but will no longer shop there.

Regarding returns..... I understand it took a few months for it to be revealed that the product was really bad. It was unusual but they should have a policy in place for that.

France & Son has extraordinarily beautiful furniture. I was, however, frustrated with company communication. I would get these emails constantly telling me that person X was following my order and would let me know when it was going to be delivered. I tried responding to these emails but got no response. MANY weeks after this in-stock bench was ordered, it finally arrived. It's gorgeous, but I was disappointed with company communication.

I moved into a new home and purchased some furniture from F&S. Still too upset to say their full name. After several months of delays, and repeated promises of delivery (including representations that my furniture was out for delivery that same day!) the company ended up just canceling my order, without explanation. F&S sold me furniture it just never had in stock and waited several months to alert me, by unilaterally canceling my order after waiting all day for delivery. If you regularly play the lottery, this may be a great store for you.
