My only experience problems are with the long shipping time and the excessive email and text contact with more offers. The actual products are things I would buy elsewhere for, most times more money. If I had known the shipping would take so long on a fragrance which is susceptible to heat, I would have paid for express shipping.

I'm definitely a fan and customer of the company but I have had issues with the app from the App Store. The website is definitely easy to maneuver but I'm not always at a laptop or a desktop so I use the app to order fragrances with ease and on the spot. I've encountered an issue with the app continuously trying to open the web browser with a page that is completely blank. Other than having to keep closing the web browser and reopening the app, the experience is great.
