Horrible experience. Worst customer service. No Live agents. They are trying to same money with low quality AI.
Please use native English speakers. The script was very long, and they told me to calm down when they didn't hear me. In short, never again.
I recently voided my booking because FLIGHTHUB made a mistake in class of my ticket
I paid for business class, but a segment of the flight in Booking confirmation showed economy class, for that reason I voided my booking, otherwise I would not void the ticket,
I noticed I was charged $75, for booking modification, while this was not my mistake.
The worse is that I can not reach any live person, Only the robot answers and my issue was not solved
I travel more than 3x overseas every year so trust me when I say of all my experiences in international travel, this is the only horrible experience I've ever had. This is my first time to use their service because they offered the lowest price for a long haul flight to Asia and I wanted to try something new. Deeply regretted that! HUGE MISTAKE. I not only spent more $$ eventually PLUS unnecessary aggravation and waste of my precious time dealing with seating request refund issues. They emailed a link to request refund for it but the link doesn't even give me that option but showed me other services I can add. I complained numerous times but they still charged my bank anyway. I should have just booked directly with the airline where I was actually the one who really got my preferred seats - for FREE. They send you feedback forms and so you put all your issues there and never really resolved the issue in your favor nor get personal attention to your individual case. Lip service customer service. Online chats with them are so exasperating. They can't do anything. In the end, I decided to just them go ahead charge me unjustly because going through the dispute charge process was wasting my time. This company doesn't even deserve any star. Never again. Don't get ripped off.
We are totally dissatisfied with FlightHub customer service. We have a booked a ticket to LosAngels for 7.20 PM flight on Christmas eve, but they were sending emails that my itinerary has been changed and I was visit the booking to confirm the update itinerary and there was a Manager My booking link provided. This link never got updated and it was showing the same old itinerary till the last moment. When I call FlightHub, they are telling we have call them but their email is not descriptive that I've to call. Because of this issue, I ended up rebooking the ticket at the last moment and last over 1500$. Don't go for this website if they give you the ticket on a discounted price. You will end up paying more than double later.
Bought tickets through here with insurance. Airline changed the departure/arrival, FlightHub wouldn't allow money back, but would accommodate change. Customer service was terrible, after a hour long wait and confirming details multiple times, we made one change but not the second, my baby woke up and I told the tech I would have to leave, when I called back up, they charged me $300 CAD for an additional change on the tickets. If I hadn't been disconnected it would have been free. Terrible customer service. Will never buy a ticket through a broker again.
This guys are a COMPLETE JOKE! So pls don't waste your time or resources using them. I flew from YYC-YYZ for a quick business meeting and my return flight was for 6.30pm, after my meeting was done at about 10am, I called them to see if I could change my return ticket to go home immediately, oh boy! As at the time of writing this review, these jokers have had me be on hold for over 1hr listening to some ridiculous call hold music when all I wanna do is just go home. Talk about a company that cares nothing about customers, IATA needs to review the policy of allowing major airlines carry out date change on 3rd party booked tickets and charge the 3rd party booking platforms for not caring. I'm here sitting at the airport and don't know what to do next, STILL ON HOLD.

Terrible Service - Unhelpful and Unresponsive
I was charged $200 on my credit card without any explanation. For the past two days, I've been trying to get help, but all they do is transfer me from one sales representative to another—nobody is actually helping. When I asked them to assist me, one of the representatives even hung up on me.
I'm extremely disappointed with how they've handled this situation. It's unacceptable to charge customers without reason and then refuse to provide proper support. If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely donot recommend this company.
Never trust this website. They sell airline tickets at a supposed discount. We buy them thinking we are paying less. Hours later, they deduct different amounts from our account. I agreed to a ticket for the TOTAL amount of $660. Hours later, they changed the price and the total amount was $820, with prices and fees that were never shown before. The customer service is terrible and they do not answer our questions. They just go around and around in their answers and are never clear. I contacted several agents. It was horrible, because I requested a cancellation and they still charged me an extra $75. This company is dishonest, a fraud, and they still charge me for the cancellation because they charged the wrong amount.

I paid through flight hub a round trip to mexico on the way back the airline went bankrupt. Even tho texting flight hub they kept saying my flight should be there. There was no live agent only Ai texting. Even staff at airport said theres no flight. I had to re buy on air Canada again & iam still waiting for refund after a week and a half DO NOT USE FLIGHT HUB
Have been using online travel agencies for over twenty years, at least twice a year. First time, and last time, I used flighthub. They are dishonest, fraudulent, con artists. Complete lack of customer service or honesty. Will never use them again. Miserable experience.
Girlfriend and I, 3 kids each, booked the exact same flight within seconds, she got hers confirmed, mine got declined (not cc). Their site gave me a different option, 3/4 flights were still together, so I took ther suggestion. I got a confirmation, flipped the laptop close, awesome!
They sent another email saying it's not confirmed anymore… didn't see that one right away, I had the confirmation one, when something is confirmed, it's confirmed… The following morning the phone calls began with their awful customer service. For the same flights, it was now +-900$ extra. Almost a week of calls, and a couple days with no answer or call back from them, I booked with someone else.
Customer service is absolutely awful.
They won't even try to gain a customer by eating the difference because of their glitch.
Might have to update if my girlfriend and kids have any issues
Bait n switch on pricing for international flights. They said my flight was not available after ticketing it due to airline and when I checked the airline directly, it was available. I filed a dispute with credit card and now fighting FLIGHTHUB. We will NEVER pay for this scam
Do not use this company. Arrived at the airport to find out that they booked my flight for 3 days after my departure. Had to buy a new ticket for a different airline costing me almost $900. They offered a refund only to then the following day state they weren't doing it anymore. Worse off the conversation was emailed to me with statements that I did not say and they removed the conversation of the discussed refund. This is a scam - do not use this company
As soon as an issue comes up you notice that FlightHub is a weak travel company same as others that can't stand against flight company for your rights. These issues could be flight cancelation or etc by flight company. So, what they do? They just blame flight company and say contact them. So what is your role as a travel agent or travel company. I will never use these online travel companies for my booking again
Please take these reviews very seriously. Flighthub is the worst of all travel agencies that ever existed. In fact, be careful providing them with your banking, or personal information. They are all scammers. They do not provide their emails, or full names for a reason. If you every happen to run into any issues after you paid for your ticket, goodluck trying to get them resolve it. Customer service is from the pit of hell. They will straight up hangup on you. These theives continued to charge my credit card two months after I booked my ticket. I tried contacting them and they won`t pickup. DO NOT USE FLIGHTHUB, BELIEVE ME. THEY ARE ALL THEIVES. AVOID BEING SCAMMED BY A BUNCH OF PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS.
I've got a quote after three days that was wrong. When I asked again, nobody responded to my emails. I've called more than 3-4 times, and each time it took about 40-50 minutes to answer but no result. Their support team always ignored you to make you frustrated.
FlightHub STOLE my money by charging me about $465 fees because the airliner modified schedule, which made my travel unattainable but to cancel.
The airliner confirmed that no fees or charges are payable.
However, FlightHub charged me $265 more than what they claimed the standard $75 fees stated in its cancellation policy. In addition, I was asked to sign to agree to be charged additional $200 in order to get a partial refund.
FlightHub makes huge profits by charging unreasonable fees, in my case, $465.

No one from FlightHub contacted me at all. No calls. No live online chat. Once tickets were purchased, FlightHub disappeared.
Booked flight today, after entering all the details it states the price changed and charged me $150 more. The vague options made me think I was doing the search again. Went through customer service immediately, spent 1 hour waiting for the guy to tell me they cant and wont do anything even though the exact same flight was still advertised for 60 dollars less. It still is right now. Claimed I had to call Air Canada who told me I have to call flight hub (over 2 hours on the phone and just gave up and accepted it). Never again, be very cautious of this website. I have no doubt this is price gouge tactic.
I bought ticket for my brother And he got sick we were trying to cancel 1day before they did not refund or give us credit think one more time before purchase tickets worse company I ever deal with even we bought insurance

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
