Llego bien el producto, todo intacto y caja sellada, el envio fue rapido pero tardo en llegar a mi pais y ademas me enviaron unos regalos.

From 2012 I purchased 5 smartphones from that shop.
I always received a phone. Once the phone was wrong described (Hexacore instead of Octacore. They changed the phone whilst it was on the way), in another case the phone was not in stock though it was so described.
So You get what You pay for.
Shipping is fast as long as You pay for it (dhl).
But don't ever happen to have a disfunction!
My Mlais M52 red note, gave up functioning after 4 months of careful use.
I sent that phone back as wanted by fastcardtech's rules. It costed me over 20 for shipping.
But I waited over 9 months to get it back.
After x times of complaints finally it came back.
And what is most thrilling, the phone doesn't work at all, and the battery I DID send thereby didn't come back.
As I sent it for warranty, the fault was that the phone didn't charge when "on". With full charge it worked fine.
But after getting it back from warranty repair, it doesn't work at all.
So please do Yourself a favour and don't by from these traitors.

They do honest business, respect costumers, web site presented in a nice view. Several shipping options and prices. Good variety of products and a good customer support. Will sure be back to the store for my next purchase

I opened a company selling iphone with fastcardtech.com as suppplier.
VERY BAD IDEA.
Now ive problem with customs and apple who want go to tribunal because they are selling FAKE ( number series are regraved and the apple too) and i dont speak about poor quality, dont think about their 1 year warrantly back its false they have back ur phone and never resend to u or resend u exaclty the same without repair 2 month later!
Other problem if u order 20 units for example u can be lucky receiving 12 or 13 and u will never receive the rest. If u ask them everyday they will win time telling lies or giving u false track numbers
The result now ive exaclty 13 units paid i never received and of course they dont want sending me just asking me i order again and they will sending me 1 by 1
Of course ive many proof about what i say if u want u can ask me by mail

REALLY TRUST U WONT MAKE MONEY WORKING WITH THEM ONLY RECEIVE BIG PROBLEM
By the way i ask every angry customer like me contacting me because tomorrow ive a convocation to customs office with apple too
Together we can hurt this dishonest company, LETS DO!

Make like me report their activity on governement counterfeit office!

I ordered a $160 Lenovo Android phone that arrived with the package re-taped and the contents empty. There was a phone box inside, but the box contained no phone, no charger, no cables. When I asked for my money back from FCT, I was told to get a non-existent form from the US Post Office to declare that the phone was stolen, which USPS does not do. I had USPS send back the box with an "empty contents" sticker, but FCT still would not refund my money. DO NOT USE FCT.

No customer SVC, no help a total unscrupulous Corp. A fraudulent deceitful organization, stay far away,...

Ich habe außerhalb der Geschäftszeit ein Handy online bestellt. Nach einer halben Stunde (immer noch außerhalb der Geschäftszeit) habe ich per Chat und E-mail um Stornierung gebeten (es war zwar das richtige Handy aber die falsche Version). Auf den Chat wurde dann in der Geschäftszeit reagiert, mit dem Hinweis ich solle ein Ersatz angeben. Fast gleichzeitig kam aber die Versandmitteilung. Inzwischen wird auf Mails und Chat nicht mehr reagiert. Never again

I've chosen my preferred cell phone, My experience has been pleasant. Everything went perfectly well. For me are excellen, will use them again.

They're liars, cheaters and thiefs.
My phone was never delivered (over 2 months of shipping time), the tracking number shows the package has been delivered to the destination country, but the local post office, the international shipping company have no clue whatsoever on the location of the package!
2 months of back-and-forth messages with FCT and the replies are always 'we will check', 'pls check with local post office'. 5 times I wrote I did check with the local post office and they have to start an investigation on their side or a refund process, and for the 6th time they replied 'the tracking number shows the package has been delivered to the destination country'.

I bought the device 11/2015. It was unfunctionally from the beginning. After many questions and answers with videos I sent back the device. Unfortunately, 180 days of PayPal were over due to the many questions from the shop. I sent the device back on 13.07.2016. It has arrived, was confirmed to me. To this day I have received no replacement. Meanwhile, the support is no longer reported. Cheaters! I have warranty, but the item and my money has fastcardtech.

I have bought one Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, the shipment arrived very quickly after it was sent, and I could pay with card which I prefer the most. Good products, serious seller, corteous and helping service team, Thanks!
