Not long before, I have bought one HDC phone in this online store. This phone takes fashion appearance, I was worried about this phone before getting it, after getting this phone, I like this phone very much. There are some probles when this phone is transportted, but workers finally solve mu question. In a word, it really takes me a good experience.

They do honest business, respect costumers, web site presented in a nice view. Several shipping options and prices. Good variety of products and a good customer support. Will sure be back to the store for my next purchase

Ich habe außerhalb der Geschäftszeit ein Handy online bestellt. Nach einer halben Stunde (immer noch außerhalb der Geschäftszeit) habe ich per Chat und E-mail um Stornierung gebeten (es war zwar das richtige Handy aber die falsche Version). Auf den Chat wurde dann in der Geschäftszeit reagiert, mit dem Hinweis ich solle ein Ersatz angeben. Fast gleichzeitig kam aber die Versandmitteilung. Inzwischen wird auf Mails und Chat nicht mehr reagiert. Never again

I highly recommend this online store if you want good products and great prices.
Some time you have to wait some days because of free ship. But the end result is worth it. You will find you get same items cheap at least 20% than ebay and amazon.

I was initially skeptical to consider an online retailer that supposedly had free shipping. I mean does that mean terrible service and support, also + horrible product.
Come on that should is BIG NO, in fact just the opposite they are genuine and the products I have ordered and received so far are of really good quality.

I ordered some small items first (phone screen protector and case) for a new phone and was worried about the correctness of the details on the website about given products. They were very accurate and the awesome website with the wide range of product listings was in fact what gave me the confidence to make the purchase.

Now I had ordered one tablet pc today arrived.

I ordered a $160 Lenovo Android phone that arrived with the package re-taped and the contents empty. There was a phone box inside, but the box contained no phone, no charger, no cables. When I asked for my money back from FCT, I was told to get a non-existent form from the US Post Office to declare that the phone was stolen, which USPS does not do. I had USPS send back the box with an "empty contents" sticker, but FCT still would not refund my money. DO NOT USE FCT.

I bought the device 11/2015. It was unfunctionally from the beginning. After many questions and answers with videos I sent back the device. Unfortunately, 180 days of PayPal were over due to the many questions from the shop. I sent the device back on 13.07.2016. It has arrived, was confirmed to me. To this day I have received no replacement. Meanwhile, the support is no longer reported. Cheaters! I have warranty, but the item and my money has fastcardtech.

It has been passed 30 days since i made my payment on a phone but the tracking number shows nothing, and they keep fooling me saying that they will speed up the deal. I will ask paypal to ban them. I wouldnt recommend you buying from this site

Two weeks ago I paid $193.25 for a Letv 1 x600 smart phone. I was given a tracking number which was either in-correct, or fictitious. After nine requests for help, all to no avail.and no further forward. People be warned, this is not an honourable seller, they will take your money and you will not get your goods. I have tried to get help from Pay Pal, this has also proven to be impossible.

When I bought a mobile phone at this company. It arrived in several pieces.

Sent is back for repairs. After a few statements: phone is under repair at the factory. It has become quiet from fastcardtech-side. No updates.
Worse: no phone no refund, no replacement phone.

Do not make my mistake by trusting fastcardtech!

I bought a meizu mx5 from them on November 2015. Not only the order came incomplete, (Tempered glass and eu adaptor were missing) but also the phone started unexpected shutdowns a month ago. After a series of emails I shipped back the phone and demmanded a refund (of course first I made sure that they supported refunds on defective products). They first told me that they will fix it and be patient. Then they told me to sent me another model instead (with worse specs). Long story short still nothing about my money. I can't believe these people run an eshop. Their responses are ridiculous. I regret trusting them with my money and I strongly recommend you don't.

I received a hdc s7 with only 1 gb ram, in the page it says 2 gb, and with the speaker broken, I also bought a case, which they did not send and they did not want to return the money

Après avoir parcouru le net, j'avais identifié que fastcardtech avait de nombreuses critiques négatives, et était un site dont il fallait se méfier. Il était cependant mentionné qu'en choisissant un payement par Paypal, les litiges étaient généralement résolus correctement. Voyant que sur ce site était proposé un téléphone chinois pratiquement introuvable sur le net et même en Chine (le Dakele 3), j'ai choisi de prendre le risque de le commander avec paiement Paypal.
Au début tout s'est bien passé, remerciements pour la commande, et 3 trois jours après un mail annonçant l'envoi de ma commande avec un numéro de suivi (censé apparaître dans les systèmes de suivi dans les 3 à 6 jours ouvrés). Là où les choses ont commencé à se corser, c'est quand, ultérieurement à la soi-disant expédition de la commande, j'ai reçu un mail de leur part m'indiquant que le téléphone n'était destiné qu'au marché chinois, ne pourrait pas être utilisé en Europe, et me proposant de choisir parmi d'autres modèles. Ayant préalablement étudié les spécificités de ce téléphone, je leur confirme que je suis au courant des réseaux compatibles ou non, que je sais que je ne pourrai pas utiliser la 4G en France avec ce téléphone, mais que je m'en accommode et confirme ma commande de ce téléphone en particulier. Suite à ma réponse, un deuxième mail m'est envoyé, insistant pour que je change de modèle de téléphone, ma réponse reste identique. A partir de ce moment, plus aucune réponse à mes relances. Le numéro de suivi des colis est probablement faux puisque 16 jours après la soi-disant expédition il apparaît toujours comme inconnu dans le système de suivi. Trois semaines après la commande, envoi inconnu, pas de réponse de fastcardtech, j'ouvre donc un litige Paypal et au vu de ces éléments demande l'annulation de la commande et le remboursement de la commande, commande effectivement intégralement remboursée dès le lendemain (à ma grande surprise, je dois bien l'avouer...).
En résumé, expérience fidèle à la majorité des retours sur le net donc: site ne disposant pas des produits annoncés comme en stock, mentant sur le fait que les produits sont envoyés et donnant de faux numéros de suivi. Pas de réponse aux relances, acheteur protégé uniquement grâce à Paypal. Site fastcardtech à proscrire...

I got two answers from two employes completely different about the same order.
Afterwards, I realized that they never send my parcel, provided tracking number was fake and stopped communicating via email.
Long story short. Frauds, cheaters idiots who are abusing our confidence in internet trade!

I bought at the store a few mobile phones Xiaomi Redmi Pro and other electronic devices. Our transactions were successful, super-contact and fast shipping. I recommend to all who want to buy a great product at a great price.

My phone was never delivered (over 2 months of shipping time), the tracking number shows the package has been delivered to the destination country, but the local post office, the international shipping company have no clue whatsoever on the location of the package!
2 months of back-and-forth messages with FCT and the replies are always 'we will check', 'pls check with local post office'. 5 times I wrote I did check with the local post office and they have to start an investigation on their side or a refund process, and for the 6th time they replied 'the tracking number shows the package has been delivered to the destination country'.

I really can't fault FastCardTech.com at all. The process for ordering an upgrade to my mobile and EE plan was simplicity itself. Throw in the excellent Bluetooth speaker, that was on offer at the time, and the fact that they offer lower prices, for the same plans, than EE and you can see why they're so highly rated and successful.
