I orders a dress via ericdress, at first they told me that my order will be shipped in 6 to 8 days after 10 days they told me that my order cannot be made and they cancelled it. However they charged me and till date the money has not been refunded. It has been 2 weeks that i am trying to get hold of their customer service via email/chats but nothing. This is a pure cheating and illegal business.
the sweater that i received had a smell of a dead dog and the fur was shading . when i request to provide me with a paid mail label to sent it back the customer service denied it. instead they just told me to wash. after 30 min of arguing they offered me a 8 dollars for dry clean which i never received it. would never order from ericdress, very unsatisfied.
I ordered what looked like a beautiful pair of boots. They said genuine nubuck leather. When they arrived the size 6 was more like a size 5. They were made out of horrible nylon brush material and the fur edging was so badly cut.
I contacted them and they refused a refund. Said they would offer $5!! I insisted I wanted a refund as this was nothing like the image or material they advertised. They told me that to send them back to China would be too expensive for me!! and that if I was to send them back please could I make sure to put the value under $20 for customs purposes. Errr I don't think so thats fraud in itself!
I complained to pay pal along with photographic evidence of the rubbish they sent me and paypal ruled in my favour.
Needless to say the boots went in the bin, they were not fit for the recycle bin even.
I will never ever order from them again due to the combination of very poor customer care and rubbish quality.
They also need to realise the laws on distance selling. We all have a right to return goods within a 2 week period.
I placed an order over a month ago. The payment was deducted very swiftly but still no delivery. They promise replies to emails in 24 hours but I have emailed them twice and still no answer and still no delivery. Also, had I known this was a Chinese company I definitely would not have ordered.
Ordered a dress from this company months ago. Paid in full in advance and extra for expedited delivery. Still did not receive dress and I expect I never will. Asked for a refund and they said that they can only refund 40% of the purchase price. In my opinion this is a criminal company with no intent of doing business in a legitimate manner.
After you informed them of my bad review (thank you) I received an email from them telling me that they would give me a full refund only if I changed my review to a positive one. Are you kidding me? This is my money, that I paid for a product that they can not deliver, but now I need to lie about how good they are in order to get my money back? And even if I did so there would be no guarantee that I would ever see my money again? They can kiss my A$$!!!
I was getting ready for wedding of my best friend for days. I was seeking for something special and unique. I should have been maid of honor so I really need it just like that. Suddenly, I found amazing Online Dress Store called Ericdress. There you can find everything what all woman needs, especially dresses for every occasions. I was amazed how beautiful they were for me. Hardly, I chose one of them, to wear that day and I didn't regret it. Dress was as beautiful as on the picture store and what is important it is delivered on time. I found it really impressive. You should try one time for shopping and I am sure you will make shopping again and again from this site, just like me.
I am waiting for my order since 6 weeks and they are keep telling me stories, and stories.
Once...they don't have one of my item, ok, I gave them another one, second time...again, they don't have another item....gave them tree choices....finally, after a month I received an email as my order is shipped out to me....ok....I am waiting two weeks...but of course, no order....emailed them.again and guess what....the response is...they don't have ANOTHER ITEM!!!!
How is that if you emailed me as you already shipped out my order????
`First of all they make themselves look like they are in the US, they are not! They are brokers in the US for China. The item I ordered could've fit on a Barbie doll, that was the first delusion. I sent it back the next day I received it (took a month to get). I paid via PayPal but was nice and sent emails directly to them at first. It's been over 2 weeks since they rec'd the item and tracking info showing it was rec'd at their California address they gave me. They keep sending emails telling me "not to worry" and that they will credit me when logistics says they got it! Meanwhile I sent them tracking info, which they wanted ASAP as part of the conditions. After 6 emails I went thorugh Paypal as a dispute (not a claim) they refuse to answer via Paypal and ask you not to use them, BS! And they also told me to close the dispute before they would refund me. So I opened a claim. They still refuse to answer via PayPal and today lied and said I was refunded. Yeah right! I have the claim going ans have sent all emails to Paypal. You could buy the same items on aliexpress, a mall for all things from China who covers you, the vendors there DO NOT want to be kicked off the mall, so they do the right thing.
had i known it was coming from China I would've used aliexpress instead.
absolute horrendous experience , waited 6 weeks with broken promises and 5 promises to get the manager to contact me and for the item to arrive in a ridiculous size and poor quality sizing.. I cannot explain how dreadful this company is

Ordered 2 dresses and a tunic in a XXL. Received one pair of jeans size 29 and one pair of leggings size 0. They keep asking me to send them pictures of the product and shipping bag, every time I send them pictures they tell me they can't see it or needed it in another format and ask that I send them more pictures, I have sent them over 9 email with all the picture and they keep sending me an email to send them pictures. I give up and will never order from them again. I did however, get my money back as soon as I put this review up on Site Jabber. I stand by my review, worst experience of on line shopping ever. Will never order from Ericdress again,
I AM VERY UPSET . DO NOT BUY here ! I ordered a coat size M. euros 35 14 porterage. I thought ok, 50 for a nice coat is good. Coat came in M but it is is not even S, maybe XS. Return I have to pay porterage, so that is 30,- from here, no point. Then on top of everyything I got a TAX bill also for 35,- !! so In total I now paid 35 14 35 for a coat that is too small and that I can not send back! Eric dress is ignoring my emails so I am warning as many person as possible to not have same disappointment!! (I received answer here and on mail, asking for my booking number, I gave it to the service center, they said they will look into it, but then after nothing happens)
Please do not waste your money on these dresses and website. Please buy it from the US, so you can return if you have to. I bought a dress for over $130.00, and I cannot wear it. As I write, it is on my closet floor. The fitting is poor and customer service is poor. There was back and forth emails but it seems they did not know what they were taking about. I bought a dress that is more than two sizes over but it did not fit me.

I purchased a coat through ericdress.com that was attractive and reasonably priced. I then waited almost a month for it to arrive, which was annoying but not unexpected since I knew it would be coming from China. When it finally came, however, the extra large that I always wear fit like a snug medium, so I chalked it up to cultural differences, because in the package with the coat was a cheap plastic comb with cartoon characters and the word "fatty". Hmmmm. Anyway, I have been emailing Ericdress customer service to return it to absolutely no response. I would like a refund because the time it would take to exchange it would render it useless to me this season, and I don't want to see what other "free" gift would call me if I asked for a larger size. So, don't waste your money and order from somewhere with a record of good customer service.
Since my very first purchase; I have been impressed by the quality and
price--friendly bags. I have 6 daughters, 6 granddaughters, sister, nieces
and girl friends. I love ordering the bags to give as gifts. The Customer Service
Reps. have been 100% helpful with any inquiry! I feel like I have known them
I have never had so much dissapointment from online purchases. I ordered a dress which looked amazing in the picture and promised to be all that. When I received this in the mail 3 MONTHS later, it was covered in dirt stains, the worst material known to man and was ripped in multiple areas. Please, I beg you, do yourself a favour, do not buy anything from eric dress.
i was not sure of the quality of the dress a was going to get. u usually get what you pay for. this dress was a bit over $100. my face lighted up when i opened the package ...excellent craftsmanship. very, very pleased with the way it looks. not a mass produced dress for sure. then i tried it on... fits like a glove!! I LOVE IT!! i will definatelly buy from them again. at one point i had to contact their customer service to enquire about delivery date. i must say i was impressed with the helpfulness of their representative. he got an answer for me right a way and the package was delivered right on time. go for it... try this site. they are good.

This company isn't trust worth at all its been 25 days of waiting and received only 1 email. And wen I ordered I thought it's in USA am so disappointed in them. I only received one mail and telling me to wait . Fun enough I bought a dress from dressive was delivered within a week and I bought it after I bought from eric
had purchased some items and I am very satisfied by the service experience of this company. The receiving time of them was a little long but I finally get the products in a postal safety situation and I am very pleased of that. I recommend this company for your buys.
I clicked on a Facebook ad to check this out and was dazzled by all the great stuff. So I placed two orders 400628 (shoes) and 400595 (coats).
First pair of shoes arrives and I have to pay duties to retrieve delivery, which means it cost me double the listed price on the website. Quality is crap. Not worth it.
Then first coat arrives. Size ordered L and label on it says Large. But it's teeny tiny, I can't even put my arm in the sleeve and I usually wear Medium. My 4 year old daughter fits in it only!! Ridiculous? Wait till you hear what customer service tells me: "It's not worth it at all" for me to return, and "gift it to a friend" while shopping for something else, ”use this link to find more surprise" (actual quotes from email communications) !!! And when I insist that I need to return they tell me to pay for shipping! Isn't this size fiasco Their Fault???
Meantime second coat arrives, exactly the same problem. Also, quality on both is like buying from the Dollar store. And two more pairs of shoes haven't even shipped out yet (5 weeks later).
Don't be a victim of cheap quality, infant sizing, and above all online FRAUD!!!
My dress is gorgeous and fits perfectly! I had paid only $20 more for a custom fit and it fits great! The order was processed quickly and within 16 days my shipment arrived. I had one made last year and it was awesome too. I will always shop here for my special dresses that I need!
Shoes came so different than on the picture, so ugly. I paid $76 but they can refund only $10. Poor quality and website. They don't even except return. Will never shop again.
