Am outside of the UK and was incredibly impressed with the speed and efficiency of this service. They also provide clear, comprehensive instructions on executing the deed poll. Highly recommend!

I actually applied through another Deed Poll office, who quoted me a timescale of 6 months until completion, and by accident I called the wrong number to chase up my application, thank goodness I did as I was made aware that I could get my name changed in less than a week & for less than half the cost, and pay online, rather than send a cheque, so cheque cancelled & Deed Poll Documents received. Many years ago I was given bad advice, I had been told I could use any name I wanted and didn't have to do it by Deed Poll, fast forward to last year, I sent my driving license in to DVLA to renew as I was almost 70, they refused it as they said the proof of identity I sent wasn't good enough to prove the links between names, I turned to Deed Poll Office, and it has been straight forward from start to finish, DVLA were happy so I am happy, I also have spares if I ever need them.
I can't recommend this company highly enough.

I am pleased that Deed Poll is able to address all my queries. Although I have not submitted my forms yet, I am happy and confident to just contact them anytime I need assistance with regards to the process of that I am going to undergo in terms of my gender and name change. I still have to know if ever I will encounter issues with the submission of my Deed Poll to the right agencies that will involve the change of my name and gender. Until then, I am hoping that Deed Poll will be able to support and guide me every step of the way.

Website very easy to navigate and very clear on what you will get. The extra options are plentiful but not forced upon you. Documents arrive when stated and follow up is great.
Changing my daughters name was very quick and easy and not the headache I was expecting. Website also provides helpful tips and templates of letters to send out to accompany the change of name.
