Two months on and I have not received the pewter tankard and presentation box ordered. Try to call and get answerphone constantly, when someone rang me back they promised they would keep in touch about my order and they don't. Have asked for a refund and I am being ignored.

Michelle R. this has also happened to me.....ordered hip flasks for our best men back in february and now 4 days before the wedding they haven't arrived. Their phone is constantly engaged and they ignore my emails despite the fact that full payment of £49 has been taken from our account. Disgraceful!!!
Valerie C. Tankard did arrive eventually! Too late to give to the groom though so had bought another. He now has two tankards!!! I didn't want to return it because I knew I would not get a refund. Better to have the goods than nothing at all. Hope you get something in time. The more people that read this, the better. Your wedding will be splended I'm sure, all the best.
Michelle R. Thank you, i know it will, just very annoying when you have been promised something in time. We have had to order the best men another gift and are now £49 down on the funds. I am yet to speak to someone and be given an explanation of where they are!!!! Just plain rude and terrible customer service, I am contemplating contacting trading standards I am so annoyed about this.
