I bought chargers and plugs 2 started on fire. And the USB cables do not work. I contacted them they said they would refund and never did. Now they will not respond to my emails. I will never buy from this place again and I will warn all my friends. Good thing we were there when the plug started on fire. Stay away rip off not even worth the price. My house could have started on fire from their crap and they just ignore your email.
I have ordered ipad chargers and lightning iphone chargers and Multi-device chargers from them. The ipad chargers (for car) did not work. I returned, It took MANY weeks to get refund. Then replacement was equally garbage. Llightning chargers were also of poor quality. I believe I got one that worked, but at least one that didn't. Portable backup battery devices also failed to work.
This place has super low prices, but quality is extremely low and unreliable on anything electronic (stuff like styluses and SD cards were fine). Emails to "customer care" are responded to in weeks, not hours or days, and are unhelpful. BE WARY.
I ordered a dual tablet/phone charging dock with speakers for my dad for Christmas. When a part turned out to be faulty, they sent another before waiting for the faulty one to be returned. They also refunded my return postage. The second one was perfect and my dad is more than happy with it.
While checking out the site, I saw that they do tempered glass screen protectors for some phones and tablets, at really good prices. I ordered 4 Samsung Galaxy S4 and 1 Samsung Galaxy Note 3 protectors at £3.49 each. They arrived within just a few days. The protectors come in a kit comprising an alcohol swab for cleaning the screen prior to fitting the protector, a microfibre cloth, a sheet of electrostatic plastic for picking up any remaining dust particles, a squeegee for smoothing down the protector and a set of button covers to raise the height of the home button. The protectors went on with no trouble at all and are barely noticeable. They virtually attach themselves to the screen and any bubbles are easily smoothed out with the squeegee. The glass is treated to prevent fingerprints and smudging and it certainly does its job. At £3.49 they are far, far superior to many "high quality" plastic screen protectors costing more.
So my experience of this site is excellent. They have been friendly and professional throughout the buying experience and their customer service certainly puts a lot of big UK retailers to shame.
I will certainly be buying from them again.
I have ordered Samsung S!!! customized case, as a valentine gift for my hubby. I just got 1 email when i ordered it. Now no emails from them. I sent two emails asking for approx delivery date but no response yet :(. Just hoping they should send it on time with good quality product.
When a price seems too good…… The product was defective. The bluetooth headphone would not hold a charge. I returned it immediately and they sent another with the exact same problem, which I returned as well. Now they won't replace OR refund. This is a racket being run from out of the country. Go to a reputable US dealer and pay the going rate. Save yourself the aggravation and the money.
They direct ship their products from Hong Kong. Customer service is a joke. Totally useless. Save yourself time and frustration, spend a little extra and go to your local store!
They always send me functioning products every single time I buy from them. I will not say they have always been excellent quality, but the lowest life of any One thing I bought was about 3 months, and that was a belt holster for an older phone. I'm somewhat at fault because i put pressure on it. Anything else still works to this day. Been using usb plugs and extensions, screen protectors, cases, etc, and its been over a year and more for some products.
I think these reviews are a mix of sabotaging the company and some others are just bitter buyers who refused to contact the company and resolve matters.
I just bought some products from them about 5 minutes ago, and plan on getting another case here in another couple minutes.
Prices sound great and the search tools on the site are good, but don't order from them if you actually need it. They "offer" FexEx Priority and next business day services but it takes them two to four days to read their mail or to ship. In orther words you just spend $19.99 for shipping that actually will take 4-5 days (i.e., about the speed of first class mail).
Ordered a Lightning AC charger for my ipad. on plugging it in, it blew all the electrics in my kitchen, blackened the power point and caused a deal of concern regarding damage to other electrical items. I emailed them, but no response.

I have ordered in the past and most of the things worked. Some did not but since it was so cheap I did not bother to spend the return costs for another that might also be defective. Recently I ordered a custom case for my phone, but they sent the wrong one, now I have invested quite a lot for something I can't use and they did not respond to my email. I will not take the chance again. There are other places to buy inexpensively.
If I could put no stars I would. I ordered a 10 ft. lightning cord for IPad Air for $4.99. I had to pay $4.99 for shipping. Ridiculous! They are making money on shipping because it certainly didn't cost that to ship it. It did not work I wrote them they promptly responded offering a replacement if I returned it or store credit. I told them I was not going to pay another shipping charge as it was not my fault it did not work and I did not want a store credit. They stopped responding after that. I have snt them 2 more e-mails since asking for my replacement. Any reputable company would absorb the shipping and send you a new one. Do not buy from them save yourself the hassle it's not worth the money you save because now I'm out $10.00.
Do not be fooled by the incredible prices. You get what you pay for. Cheap prices = cheap products. Unless you are buying a known brand name product and the price is a little better than what you might pay elsewhere, DO NOT buy the product. If you find what you are looking for at less than half the MSRP it is likely cheap junk. You will have to buy it again somewhere else because it will not work at all, as described, or reliably.
Ask them WHERE they are ? Ask them HOW your order was sent, Sea or AIR ? and you will receive NO REPLIES to those questions. Ask them if there is a Tracking Number for your Order ... Again NO REPLY ! They are VERY QUICK to take your money, and that says it all !
I dont know why everyone is giving a lot of negative reviews about this website. I bought like 9 chargers for different lengths for iphone ipad and it all came in time and in very good condition. The quality was way above what I thought. You are buying genuine products. So they come in that kind of packages and wont match up to your 50 dollar cord you buy from best buy. Personally, I would buy again from this seller.
I will NEVER buy anything from this website again! I bought an IPad charger cord for my IPad 2. The cord got stuck in the IPad charge port and it wouldn't even charge my IPad. This stuff is CRAP! I called the customer service number to see how to return defective merchandise and the guy, who did not speak good English, told me I had to go through the website contact information to get it resolved! WHAT? I did that and still haven't heard anything back from them. Please BEWARE if your looking to buy something from this website!
Order a iPhone 5 charger. 1st one broke after a few weeks, they sent me a second one, and it broke after a week. They offered me a store credit minus the shipping. Which I won't use on another product that will break in a couple of weeks. Pay a couple more bucks and get a something that works. Never again.
I saw the cheap prices on lightning cables ($1.29 a piece) for the iPhone 5, 5Cs, and 5Ss. I was very suspicious and looked at numerous sites for reviews on cellphoneshop.net. The biggest complaint seemed to be that they were cheap, and sometimes didn't work. No complaints about stealing credit cards or anything of that sort.
I ordered 20 cables and got free shipping using their code. freeship2 or something like that. Cost $25 and change. I figured it was cheap enough that I'd try it and it wouldn't be a huge loss ($25) if I never got working cords, but it'd be a huge win if got them and all of them worked. Low risk, high reward.
Three weeks later, the cords arrived as planned and they appear to all work! I would have been happy if only two of the 20 had worked--since it would have cost me $12.00 a piece ordering from Monoprice.com or $19.99 a piece from Apple. Out of the three I've tested so far, they've all worked, so I'll assume that all or most of them will work. I've already started giving them out to my friends as gifts. The cords do occasionally throw the "not an authorized device" but that doesn't give me any problems. I have only tried using the cords for charging and not yet for data transfer, but I'd be surprised if only the charging feature of the cord worked.
Why did they take three weeks to get here? They came from Hong Kong. I was surprised to get them at all. But now that they're here, I'm thrilled. Finally, a place sending cords for close to manufacturing cost, and not marking them up way, way too much.
I'm not sure how to recommend their other products, but in my experience, the lightning cables work great and I am THRILLED. I got what would have cost me over $400.00 from Apple for $25.00.

I ordered 3 items from them which were 2 custom phone cases and a travel charger for a samsung galaxy tab 3.
The order was placed on DECEMBER 10th and I paid for expedited shipping with a tracking number. I was told "First Class Mail, orders will be delivered within 5-8 working days. Tracking numbers will be effective for tracking after 2-3 days" My item was not delivered until JANUARY 2,2014. Therefore ruining some of the Christmas gifts.
My issue is that the travel charger never arrived in the mail along with the phone cases and a separate tracking number was never given to me. Which means the item was never shipped. I have called customer service (first time on January 6) and was unable to get a tracking number for the travel charger. I was told the item got lost in the mail and it was re-shipped REGULAR mail on January 10 although I paid for a tracking number in order to avoid this. According to the rep, he was unable to provide me with a tracking number. Every time I've called I've gotten $#*!ty customer service and when you call, no one gives a damn to help.
Ordered a faulty product and the only will agree to pay some of it back. I had to pay shipping both ways in order to get most of my money back. But.....I shipped the product back EXACTLY as they outlined to me and 3 weeks later I still don't have the money. I have the feeling I have been ripped off. Shipping address said it came from Ohio and return adders was La Jolla, CA. I'm in AZ so it should have taken about 3 days for the product to get back to them. NO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
These guys are from Hong Kong, not California. They charge the maximum shipping and handling, then ship via regular mail. I never received my ordered electronic items, which would have fit inside a regular first class mail envelope. Avoid placing orders from cellphoneshop.net and save yourself some frutstration.
I tried and tried to order. I'm trying to do a custom cell phone cover, but get an error message when I try to add almost anything to a cart. I emailed them and they suggested using a different browser, and that some have that problem but many can place orders and they don't know what the problem is. They also suggested ordering via fax. I tried 3 different browsers on 2 different computers and an android, and I'm still getting the same message. I emailed again, I can't fax it as it is a custom order...basically they said sorry, we only take orders online or via fax. So, I'd consider this website a total failure, as I can't order anything.
I ordered an OtterBox for my Iphone 5S. They sent me the wrong case but are making me pay postage to send the incorrect item back to them. From what I am reading on these reviews there is a good chance I'll not get my money back. It was also hard to get them to listen to my problem. The items are mailed from Hong Kong but the return address is at least in the states. It did take me a long time to get my order. I'll never order from them again.

I've been a long term customer of this site for a while now. I've placed a lot of orders and spread the word to SEVERAL about this website. I placed an order a month ago and never received it. I paid for express shipping. After contacting. I was told it must have been lost on the water and I should receive it by this past Friday, Jan 3rd, still nothing. I call to find out, this was never reshipped. When asking for a Supervisor to see what could be done to expedite, he said nothing and that I could be refunded my money. After explaining to him that I do want what I ordered, but need to know what can be done to receive it quicker, Enrique, says again,"If you don't it, we can refund you money." After I'd already told him I wanted my product, not my money. He said, "Well, check you email tomorrow." I asked if I could have a reference number or something and was told, there wasn't one and I would receive this email tomorrow. I am livid at the level of customer service I received. It was uncalled for and he was a supervisor. This company does sale quality items and up until now, I've been very pleased.This one incident has cost Cellphoneshop.net a customer. I will also be sure and let others know of how unprofessional this company's customer service is when having to resolve customers issues.
Ordered i5 phone pouch. Took 17 days to arrive. Iphone did not fit into the pouch.
Had to send them a photo of the phone not fitting After numerous e-mails back and forth. they will refund me 3.39. However, I need to first send back the pouch by usps.
So I would need to spend 2.00 to get 3.39.
Worst company I've ever dealt with. Since this ordeal began, I have expended at least 2 hours of my time. I will not put any more good money into a junk site.
Ordered a case for my tablet. Despite expedited first class mail, it took more than 2 weeks for delivery. When I plugged the keyboard into the charger cable, the port immediately snapped off of the circuit board. I emailed them to complain and get a refund, but after two days I have not gotten a response. I will be contesting this charge with my bank. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Awful. Do not use this site. Unusually for me I did not check reviews before ordering. Four weeks later, having waited an excessive time for delivery of an iPad case with keyboard, which I returned immediately as it was shoddy, I am still awaiting a refund. I followed their instructions to the letter and now they're asking if I have proof of posting, which i have. I get the impression that they are like Ryan Air and will do everything possible to cheat you. God knows where they are really based. Despite the UK address and phone number, all activity is happening a long way from these shores.
I will not purchase anything from this site again. I bought a cell phone charger for my iphone 5s and it stopped working in less than a month. When I asked for a refund, they said I had to pay shipping back, which frankly was more than the charger. They said they could not pay for shipping, despite the fact that the device was defective. I ordered a bluetooth plantronics earpiece on Nov 22nd which never arrived. I contacted them and I was asked to give it a few more days which I did to no avail. I then looked for a full refund and this was granted and appeared in my paypal account 5 days later. I was disappointed at not receiving the goods but I appreciated the refund without any hassle.
I wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered from them. I ordered a solar cellphone charger. I placed the order 3 weeks earlier. But when I called to to get answers on the location of my package---USPS said it was sitting in a distribution center---I got inept customer service agents who were uninterested in the fact that the package was well over the delivery time I paid for. One agent had no answers for me, he just became flustered and hung up. I called back and got the same treatment from the supervisor. I'm still waiting on my package, now into the forth week after I ordered it. I will never order from Cell Phone Shop again.
Advice for anyone who reads this... steer clear of this company. If their customer service is this bad, I'm afraid to think of how bad the quality of their products must be, especially coming from China.
Complete rip-off. I ordered three BTI002 Bluetooth audio dongles and now have 3 red and blue flashing Christmas tree ornaments. I tried them all with various bluetooth devices and not one of them works. Contacted support who expressed no surprise and just offered "store credit". If you're lucky it looks like you might get cr*p that works but it will certainly always be cr*p.
Avoid this site completely. They are a scam and are dishonest.
Ordered a couple of "leather" cell phone cases and some lightning cables. Cables worked, though were as cheap as they get. Cases were cheap vinyl over paper! They lied about them being made of leather in the title and description. I contacted them for a refund, since they provide a 30-day unconditional guarantee. They responded that I can return them (I pay shipping) to get a refund, but only within 7 days, and then that it might take up to 14 additional days to process a refund.
Worse yet, I submitted a negative review of this case on their site, and they DID NOT POST IT OR INCLUDE IT IN THEIR RANKINGS!! It appears as though the customer reviews and ratings on their site are a complete fraud! They either just make them up and/or post positive ones but delete negative ones!
They don't even tell you the shipping UNTIL you place the order. They ship defective Lightning cables which do not work, then off you to give you store credit! They refuse refunds unless YOU pay to send the junk back then do not refund your postage! I disputed the charge, enough of it!

Just found this site and ordered a Bluetooth car kit. Paid via Paypal and item arrived within 7 days via Royal Mail, well packaged and with full instructions and receipts etc. Plugged it in and worked first time, as shown on demo video. Very happy with cost and quality of purchase. Would buy again.

I wish I had read reviews about this site before I ordered something.
I ordered my item around October 8, then on November 12 I got an email acknowledging that I called about the status of my order and saying it was bounced back to them.
The lady on the phone said I could have my money back or have the item reshipped. I asked for it reshipped but then I got an email saying I needed to pay for it to be reshipped so I said I wanted my money back.
It’s November 25 now and still no sign of my money so I called and the guy on the phone said I couldn't have my money back because it was being reshipped and if it doesn’t come by tomorrow to call.
After a dozen emails and weeks spent and still no payback, I advise everyone to not buy from this website because my experience is by far the worst example of customer and business services I’ve ever dealt with.
I ordered 2 cell phone cases from this company and thankfully paid using PayPal! After 2 weeks of waiting and my order had been paid for and the money taken from my acct I received an email saying my order was cancelled with no explanation why. I called their customer service dpt and the woman could not give me an explanation as to why my order was cancelled and also claimed she was unable to refund my money, she didn't even know when I placed the order! I immediately called PayPal and they were able to refund my money the next day! I will never do buainess with this company again and I will definitely be telling others to do the same! I ordered a Plantronics bluetooth from their site and when it didn't show in the advertised 10 (working) days, found this forum and feared the worst. I emailed them and they mentioned something about stricter customs screening which I took to be stalling tactics. Anyway, the item arrived a few days later, in perfect condition so no complaints here.
Their Note 10.1 travel and auto chargers are VASTLY underpowered. They are NOT 2.1 amp chargers. Delivery you would expect to be fast because their website leads you to believe they are in the USA. Delivery was over 4 weeks, coming from CHINA!
almost a month still no item. oredered a bluetooth speaker on Oct 26th It is Nov 15th and still no Item. I am disputing with paypal to get my money back
The Lightning connections they sold me did not work. I emailed for instructions for a refund. After six emails and spending $6+ to return the items I have still not received a refund. They used lots of delay tactics like "Please tell us what you ordered. What type of phone do your have? What iOS? Would you accept store credit rather than a refund? We didn't receive your return. Where did you send it? Do you have a tracking number?" blah blah blah...
The cables they sell are junk. I order them because they are inexpensive. The website itself works fine and easy. Shipping is easy and have used returns with no problem. But the iphone cables they sell will likely work a couple times. Really low quality.
Does not appear to be a legitimate business. I placed an order for a few iPhone 5 cords, and a number of other items on their site. Selected free shipping and nothing came. Was at least smart enough to pay via PayPal. I called multiple times and was told it was on its way and to wait a few days each time.

I ordered things for my iphone 5, came in 5 days not 7. Well packaged. Otterbox looks authentic and feels authentic, but came withquestionable squeegee card. Feels safe enough for me not to care. All 10 ft charging cables worked. 30 to lightning adapters worked, but prompted 'not authentic ' message from phone. Bought another case that fit as well.
Shop smart! Never give out your creditcard number to small shops! Be realistic, make small purchases so as to not get ripped off! And read! So you dont blame your ignorance on the store! I personally had a really good experience, and its unfortunate to see so many with negative experiences, but i have to give credit where it is due.
Horrible customer service, dishonest company practices. I placed an order from them on 9.27.13, order shipped on 9.27.13, still no product. I will never use them again and think they are worthless indivduals. I will not order from them again and I hope everyone reads these reviews and stays away!!!!!!!
I've just emailed them asking where my product is - I ordered a case with keyboard for my tablet. It was supposed to be delivered by Australia Post in 7 to 10 business days from the time the order was placed. It's now been 14 business days, and I've just done what I should have before placing the order - I've and looked online for reviews and found your site. Nervous now... and not expecting to see my order, or my money. I'll let you know if it turns up.
I emailed cellphoneshop.net and they asked me to confirm my address. When I checked the address I gave them, it was correct. They had it wrong. So maybe it lost something in translation.
The product finally arrived today, and although it said on the site that it would fit a Galaxy Note 10.1, it is clearly meant for a 10" screen - it was a very tight fit. The accompanying small pamphlet said it was for an iPad or a Galaxy Tab, not for the Galaxy Note. The pamphlet also said the bluetooth keyboard might not be compatible with other products like my Galaxy Note, presumably(!) because it was a woeful experience. Some of the keys didn't respond at all and the on-screen result was a mess.
It was pretty cheap, so I'm not going to send it back (don't want to pay postage) but I'll put it down to experience and won't buy from them again.

Ordered a signal booster. It didnt work. I eventully found out they dont make a signal booster for I phones. They couls have just put hat in their add insterad of taking my money for shipping and returm UPS across the country. Also it took 10 days to arrive only to waste 2 hours climbing arount my roof trying to get a siugnal.
They wont talk to you on the phone. You have to e mail them all the time. They are professional but take 24 hrs to reply.
