Very good food and cooking website. (www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/) Thousands of recipes - most linked to the dozens of TV cookery programmes the BBC has hosted over many years. You can search by recipe name or just list ingredients if you need some help with inspiration. Another plus is that they are not full of links trying to sell you stuff. They also cover recipes for special diets. Excellent!

The http://www.bbc.co.uk/newsbeat/12254668 page gives a neat alcohol impact calculator - just click on what you drank yesterday and it will tell you the impact on your body and your wallet adjusted for the average male or female. Wallet damage is in UK pounds so then you can flip to http://www.oanda.com/ to figure out in your local currency if you're not British!

BBC provides most valuable and authenticate news across the world . I really appreciate . But One thing i had noticed which disappoint many even me is that BBC focusing or creating healies only Western and European counties and giving less focus to Asian counties

What a great service, to be able watch back, online, programs that have aired on the BBC over the last seven days. Really useful if you have a busy social schedule.

They have intergrated it with the Playstation 3 and BT Vision, so now you can use the service through your TV.

One thing that is a little annoying, is that you can only use in when in the UK, which is understandable because it's funded by our licence fee, but it would be nice to use when on holiday.

This website has an enormous amount of information and is one of the five most visited websites in the whole of the UK. It has a good web community and has a very professional online content. It contains the news, weather, sport, entertainment, cookery recipes and the kitchen sink.
It is entirely safe and can be viewed by all ages.
Not only that but I can't think of anything bad to say about it.
Overall - safe and reliable.

What an awesome way to stay on top of your current events! The sidebar menu is broken down by continent and each headline provides you with a great summary lead. Great good old-fashioned journalism structured in the best way to get the juicy first and the nit-gritty second.

The most unbiased (well as much as it can be) news website online.

BBC's children website is another quality resource for parents and a fun place for children. It has games, activities, audio and video. BBC is one of the pioneer organizations in the broadcast industry. They are not only trendsetter but they also follow a rigorous quality policy. Which means parents can be sure that their children are in the safe hands.

I have it as my home page, never fails to disappoint. Weather, news, sport, food. Wonderful job.
