The website looks very professional laid out but the products do not come from this company at all. When one pays the payment goes to a person called Jiangfeng Yu in Hong Kong, and therefore one does not sends the money to a compnay name at all. The product in my case never arrived, and there is no phone number and e-mails are ignored so money wasted. A fraudulent website which seems to be linked to hotbattery.co.uk since the payment is done by Paypal which indicates that the e-mail to communicate with the seller is order@hotbattery.co.uk rather than order@batteri-butik.se.
Hotbattery.co.uk seems also a fradulent website by what I see here in SiteJABBER.. This Jiangfeng Yu may be have several fradulent website in different country domains!

Peter P. I ordered a PC battery through www.batteri-butikks.no. It arrived, died after 3 months, no point in trying to file a complaint. The China man does not respond....

Batteri-butik.se is a scam site. I received a battery that just simply didn't work and the site owner / manager, Jiangfeng Yu, replies quickly until I asked for my money back - all went quiet for over a week then.

Luckily I paid via PayPal and so was able to claim a refund via them, however, I do not recommend anyone use batteri-butik.se, or any of its affiliates.

Jane T. How did you do it? I've searched pay pal.. and didn't find a way to cancell the payment. The site in spanish looks like it's spanish company, but then you receive e-mail that your money went to some Jiangfeng Yu, started reading, and blah! Immidiately tried to cancel... but didn't find how :(

Thor B. Yeah, its a dodgy battery site, but there is an official section on paypal for claiming that a service is fraudulent or that you didn't get why was promised. Can't remember where it is, but it is there. Check their help section & good luck!

Nowhere does it state that the products are delivered from outside of Sweden and therefore are subject to customs and tax charges of 30 - 50% on top of the paid ammount.
My battery landed in customs and I could not return it for my refund without paying the extra to get it out first.
Misleading website. Bad business.

This is a fake webside Now in Norway
yjf [order@batteri-butikks.no] and answerres came in chinese ! but I learned
that one can not be carefull enough. So I too stepped into it. 100 $ lost
So be carefull do not use this site.

Sorry to hear about this! Laptop batteries are annoyingly expensive. I usually get mine from the manufacturer or even Amazon (depending on the ratings of the seller). Hopefully you can dispute the charge with your credit card and get your money back...Did you actually get the battery??

Paul J. no I did not get anything I have send a message to PayPal to stop forwarding payment from this site. I am very happy with PayPal so I hope they can filter out this way of stealing. Lesson lerned I' try Amazon next time. Tnx Tran

Paul J. Hi All I was wrong I got the batteri !! After a long tine But I was fooled about the swedish,site that looked the same. It tels me that we have to be carefull and not jump an buy from the first an best. Take some time and do some investigation. There are lots of sharks in the water :

Per L. Hi! Ordered a battery for Asus 1005H on 22 of April, read about the site the day after and tried to cancel it via PayPal. Instead of cancelling, I got the message that the battery was sent via Singapore Post, After tracking it to Oslo, the battery was delivered on May 4. The battery seems OK, good capacity, The Battery Bar software are monitoring it with good numbers. Charging is OK, I have nothing to complain about. Time wil show how long the battery will last.
