Had a custom Crestron system that needed configuration and quote, The CSR was very helpful and thorough getting me what I needed along with making sure the tech components were compatible. Would highly recommend.

FINE me $4,500 if I say something bad? Really? Based on this quote alone, I will not buy from this company!

Kramer switches and scalers are typically very expensive though I found them on avalive for quite the deal. Probably about 10% less than what I had been seeing around the internet and even cheaper than through vendors. Would buy from them again.
Be prepared, the company will work with you until you make an order, then they are gone.
No reply for questions, and you feel as you are dealing with a utility company, not a business company.
When you finally get connected with the same customer service person you were connected before, the answer is:
Sorry, we get a lot of spams e-mails per day.
This is despite the e-mails sent were for sure not spams.
Their replies is so unprofessional and almost like doing you a favor by replying.
As I said, just like a utility company.
They got their payment, and now you mean a lot less until the next bill
I ordered an j ipad 2 in mar and haven't got it in June 20! This is not an illegal store. Stay away!
I ordered the iPad2 on April 7th. It it now May 22nd and their website still lists my order as "confirming order with warehouse". When I chat with them they just say that they order directly from apple and it takes just as long if you order directly from apple. When I ordered from avalive's website, apple had a 3-4 shipping time for the ipad2, so I should have gotten it around May 7th. When I checked apple's website again at the beginning of the month it said delivery would take 1-2 weeks - that was over two weeks ago! I don't know what is up with this company or apple, but I'm starting to get really feed up with both. I'll post on here when I get the ipad2 - if I ever do. I'm going on 6weeks and 3days (45days total since I ordered)!
