No reply for questions, and you feel as you are dealing with a utility company, not a business company.
When you finally get connected with the same customer service person you were connected before, the answer is:
Sorry, we get a lot of spams e-mails per day.
This is despite the e-mails sent were for sure not spams.
Their replies is so unprofessional and almost like doing you a favor by replying.
As I said, just like a utility company.
They got their payment, and now you mean a lot less until the next bill
