All American Passports

They never bothered to check the box when they sent it by Fed Ex for signature required. So Fed Ex decided to leave envelope on the ground in front of door and dogs were able to get at it and eat it.
I just can't understand how you can charge someone that much for that service and drop the ball like that.
That was my passport and my birth certificate that they were careless with. They charged me a lot of money so I could get my passport quickly and feel they should have been thorough in their job. It only makes sense to send it signature required so that something bigger like identity theft doesn't happen.
