I sent in $312 worth of gift cards to USPS and they were returned to me by USPS missing the gift cards. The envelope was tampered with.

Scam ALERT!
I bought a couple of Kohl's gift cards, but after I put all my information including credit card, address, and personal information, they canceled my order without any explanation and NEVER refunded my payment. They now have all my information what is my biggest concern. I already disputed the transaction with my credit card company and reported them to the IC3 and also requested a replacement credit card. BEWARE! STAY AWAY FROM THOSE FRAUDSTERS!
In case you need gift cards, go to legit websites like: Raise, Cardcash and Cardcookie.

I purchased a $300 gift card to men's wearhouse for my boyfriend to buy a nice suit. After I bought it, about a week later, I checked the balance and it was there. A few weeks later we went to get the suit and went to pay and they said it was empty. I figured it was a mistake because I had checked it. We left and I went online to check out again and yep it was empty. So I emailed and called abc gift cards (now cardcash.com). They didn't even try to help. I even tried to figure out who used it with the help of men's warehouse but they wanted to protect the identity of their customers. I would never use that site again and warn anyone else to never use it either. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!

High Risk
August 2, 2018

I tried to sell a Dominos Pizza gift card to ABCgiftcards. I was rejected because I am high risk. I have an 800 plus credit score! They also took my American Express credit card info. Who is at risk now - ME! I'm going to have to monitor my credit card for fraudulent charges now. Who knows who they might have working there.

In case you've been living under a rock, don't you people know a good portion of these gift cards are sold to these sites by bad guys who used someone's credit card to load up these cards?!?!?! OF COURSE they're not going to be good after you get them. Cripes, wise up people. Chances are at least one other person has the same gift card number as you. And if a site says you can't register a gift card, or the PIN is already scratched... RED FLAG. Stop buying from these places just to save a buck. I can't believe how gullible y'all are! Do your research and smarten up, stop motivating bad guys to keep doing this crap.

I purchased a $25 gc from ABC/CardCash on 11/29/17. I used it successfully a short time after, for a small amount, and still had $23 left on it. I checked my balance on 1/25/18 and it was still good. I went to use it on 2/8/18 and it was declined for... a zero balance! I checked the transactions online and there was a customer service debit for the remaining $23 which zeroed out the card. I called Panera and they told me that it was sold by a secondary company and very often these cards are fraudulent. They told me to contact that company. I did.

ABC/Card Cash refused to help me. They refused to refund my money or even give me a new card. They stated it was outside their 45 day policy. I told them that the transaction history stated there was a customer service debit that did not come from Panera, so it had to come from ABC. They told me, in essence, I was out of luck. I contacted my credit card company to dispute and GiftCardGranny. GCG told me they deactivated ABC on 1/12/18 due to other reasons and they were not offering their cards on the GCG site anymore.

I reported them as fraudulent transactions but in essence, they committed theft. Would not a reputable company simply refund the $23 to maintain good customer service and take the loss? Years ago companies did. But not them.

Companies like Gift Card Zen still maintain good customer service and have a good reputation. I have had problems with ABC before and tried them one more time. Never again! Buyer Beware and steer very clear of this company! Thats why there are so many negative posts about them. They are a very shady company!

Bought a 100 dollar gift card and tried to used I was told card had no balance check balance online and saw the card had 100 in May in June the balance was 0 and I bought 2 months later in August so they sold a giftcard with 0 balance I asked for a refund They told me they don't refund after 45 days. Stay away go to raise.com or giftcardzen they have good review and are trusted. Most other places gift 100 day or 365 day for refund if nothing on card.

I spent over $1K on gift cards. It was a nice size order. I liked that there was a 45 day money backed guaranty. However, time after time, I would go to the restaurants and there was a zero balance. I would contact ABC and only after several emails would I get a refund. This was not an isolated incident. I am fully confident that these empty gift cards are a part of their business plan to generate profits. Recently, another gift card came out empty and I brought iit to their attention. Stacy responded that it had been 62 days since purchase and rejected my claim. To sum it up, I ended up losing money and time with these bogus cards. Stay away!

I have dealt with this company for a long time as a purchaser. This is the first and last transaction I had as a seller. I tried selling a Lowe's gift card I received for almost $1200. I sent it to them in September 2017, and I received it promptly back in the mail. I couldn't locate any phone number on their website to inquire why my card was returned. Well, it's now January 2018, I'm trying to resell the unused card. I called to get the balance... THE BALANCE IS $15.85. They cleaned me out of $1180! I'M ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS AND I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL EVERYBODY IS MADE AWARE OF HOW SHADY AND SCANDALOUS THIS COMPANY IS!

WHAT EVER YOU DO, STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU HUMANLY, POSSIBLY CAN FROM THIS COMPANY.

Fraudulent company
December 21, 2017

They sell gift card that's only good for a few days, won't refund either. Stay away from them! If you buy a card with false balance that's not the worst, it's when the card was good for a while but then the balance disappears. And there's nothing you can do but to contact credit card company and report their con $#*!.

Thieves
November 29, 2017

I tried to sell a gift card that had $44.48 on it. I knew it had that amount because I got a balance right before I entered it. They took a dollar out to process then I got an email saying my gift card was declined. Then when I tried to use my gift card there was no money on it.

Horrible thieves
November 9, 2017

They decline my first offer AFTER processing my personal info and bank info along with my credit card. They take $1 from my account. Email literally says they have no explanation. I say to myself ok maybe I did something wrong, giving them the benefit of the doubt. Try again the next day. Try a completely different card. They process it then tell me I need to mail in my gift card. I cancel order to safe myself the hassle. They take another $1 from my bank account. No explanation either time. No warning prior as to why theyre doing it. Reach out more than once, no response. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

SCAM!

Bought a Patagonia GC with a supposed $200 balance. Spoke to Patagonia customer service and could tell right away that it was FRADULENT. ABC GC customer service is shady. They only deal with refunds over email?! And they expect you to sit on your $#*! waiting for them to email you. I asked to be transferred instead and the guy told me that he couldn't. WTF. And shame on Gift Card Granny for offering this site. TERRIBLE.

Crooks!
November 4, 2017

I bought three gift cards from these crooks.
I received them in a timely manner, but when I went to use them a few weeks after receiving them, I found that all three cards had a zero balance.
I contacted the merchants that the cards were for, and was told that all of the cards had been previously used and had zero balances.
The cards had actually been completely used up three weeks prior to me purchasing them from ABC Gift Cards.
Why didn't ABC Gift Cards check the balances before listing them on their website and subsequently selling them to me?
When I contacted ABC Gift Cards, they said they would look into it and get back to me.
When they finally did reply, after me sending numerous messages to them, they said the cards did have a zero balance, but because it was outside their (lousy) 45 day guarantee, that I was out of luck.
So I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company and hopefully will have my money refunded.
These guys are CROOKS!

SCAM
November 2, 2017

I never leave reviews but people need to be warned. I saw a lot of mixed reviews so I figured i'd share my experience with this "company". I sold them a $62.49 Gamestop gift card that I had no use for. Immediately after the sale went through i checked my giftcard balance and it was $2.49 which i thought was weird but figured they were just going to take it out in portions. They were supposed to deposit the money into my account within 1-2 business days. On the third business day I called them to find out why i didn't see the deposit they told me that the balance was only $2.49 so they canceled the order and to call the giftcard company (gamestop) and find out who took the money out. Luckily, Gamestop was able to freeze the card and give me a new one with my original amount on it. These are a bunch of con artists scamming people out of their hard earned money and it's not right.

Like the other reviews I bought 3 sets of gift cards, and when used ALL had a zero balance.

Thank goodness I paid with a credit card, who refunded my money.

Caveat emptor
October 30, 2017

Tahoe Joe's restaurant rejected an e-gift card we purchased from ABC Gift Cards. We ordered a plastic card but we're sent an e-gift card instead, basically a photocopy of a TJ gift card and some instructions. The manager said that these cards are fraudulent
And wanted to know where we got this fake, non-plastic card. By the way, the ABC name is an acronym for Always Being Corrupt
