Can you say "rip off"! Both my cousin and I fell for this scam. The customer service people are rude and lie and hang up on you. The 30 day money that money back guarantee runs from the day you purchase it out 30 days. You don't actually have 30 days to try it and get your money back if you don't have success. If they have the confidence that they claim in their product they would give you 60 days to try it out not 30 days from the purchase date. It takes about seven days to even get to you leaving 23 days to try it out and get your money back

I gave this company my credit card information as I thought it was only for shipping in order to just try thir products. This morning my checking information shows that this company has taken out two differ amounts of money from my checking account. They took out 79.97 and then 94.97. I received the horrible product two weeks ago and thought that the colon cleanse was causing my stomach to hurt and the liquid X5 Trim500 tasted nasty. I thought to myself that I won't be ordering anymore of this stuff. Now my checking account is messed up and I won't be able to pay my rent now! I'm on a fixed income. Please don't mess with this company. I called the police department and reported them and the frud place at my bank. They won't even talk to me about a refund even though it's not been thirty days. I don't want this to happen to anyone else!
