Although their products are affordable but great qualities but my first purchase is really bad! I received my parcel and found out 2 items were missing and they did not refund back to me. I tried to email their customer care like more than 5 times in a week and even comment on their instagram / direct message to them on instagram and even drop comment on facebook! To me all their social media just useless. Have no idea how to reach out to them as i'm not from USA.
