I bought 3 die-cast models, two of them where second hand (used) models. There was chips, scratches, wings were unattached, the gear was crooked, to name a few defective issues. Not mentioning that this guy has any kind of mental disorder since he answer a polite message with curses and nonsense phrases. It is a scam, stay away from it and spread the word.

Ordered a plane, 2 months later they say it shipped. Never shows up. Turns out they didnt ship it at all... After numerous emails asking for status I got "Full refund issued. Please take any future business elsewhere."
True bad experience with rude replies. They sent a wrong invoice value which leaded to a four times duplicated value in customs and duty charges and refused to correct. They took months to ship. Don't deal with them.
I purchased several planes from these dirt bags only to find, two of them were sent without any landing gear. Just holes in the bottom of the planes.
Another item I purchased wasn't even the correct item. They list a 30 day return policy then refuse to give you 30 days, they cut it short.

I sent Michael Warfle a list of 23 model aircrafts for sale since I'm thinning out my collection. In total, they're worth at least $1000 - he gave an offer of $350. When I mentioned the offer sounds like a scam, he got back to me calling me delusional and that the only scammers are from my "$#*!ty homeland".
I received a damaged item and was told by Mr Warfle, CEO, to stop being a brat and repair it myself. I wish I was joking. Oh I was also called lazy. Do not do business with this company.
I returned 1 out 6 planes and they banned me. They say free returns, but retaliated. This is not fair.
I placed this order on December 18th expecting to receive this well before Christmas. Not receiving an "Order shipped" notification, I emailed Waffle 3 days later asking about my order status with no response for over 10 days. I had plans to gift some of these models to my family. I emailed him again yesterday hoping he will be able to sort this out but instead I got a "we don't have these items in stock". I think he sold 2 of the items on ebay and is now refusing to send me the planes I purchased.
I asked him nicely if it is possible to get a full refund since I wanted this for Christmas and it was not my fault that the shipment was delayed, but instead he refused my refund with rude comments and called me racial slurs (Chinese piece of *) over his own mistakes. If the item is no longer in stock, why were they still listed on his website for over 10 days?
Doubtful business practice, arrogant salesman, believes himself above the law. Problem of shipping cart, wants to charge me a fee to refund me and for me to redo my order. He inscribed $ 300 on the box for the customs for a purchase of $ 85. PAY paypal to protect you. I don't accept the box.
I ordered an item from them on Ebay and they sent the right item but the wrong color... That can happen, no big deal and I gave neutral feedback pending an adjustment.
Instead of an offer to adjust the cost or ship a replacement I received an email calling me names. It was so bad that I was disinclined to offer them the opportunity to make it right. They have lost a good customer but even that did not get through to them. The last statement on their second e-mail was, "Don't let the door hit you on the way out."
