As a concerning person. I am seeking for a caregiver/companionship to take care of my mother. However, I have heard and seen horror stories how people target this type of job as either a certified caregiver to as little as a companionship person. But using this job as a way to have access to drugs from the elderly. I have concerns to how you select your employees. Do they go through a very strict hiring process. What are some of your protocols? What level of education/certificates are required to be part of your company. I am assuming with this type of work employee's are drug tested. How often? And is this a pre-notified or and random immediate request. I am very concerned of this factor and I have know some families that trusted a caregiver/companionship person to care for there loved one and finding out that they were stealing drugs, money, ect from there home.
With the world today I have huge concerns.
And I myself have witnessed people in this line of work falsely stating they are qualified in caregiver/ companionship. Finding ways around urine/drug testing's
Please help me to understand your process and commitment to making sure my mother would be safe with your company.
