Prior to 23 October 2013 I ordered a two outlet surge suppressor from Tripplite through Walmart Site to Store. The Initial delivery date was October 23. I received an Email from Walmart notifying me that the shipping had been delayed. Today is about 23 days since I placed the order and since I am not getting any response from the Emails I've sent to Tripplite I've decided to submit this review. I believe Tripplite produces quality products but since I've fallen between the cracks and Tripplite doesn't seem to care I will choose another supplier to deal with in the future.

Update: A member of Tripplite's Tech Support (even though he's not Customer Relations) has provided feedback that effectively takes the blame off Tripplite. I have therefore returned Tripplite's rating to where it belongs!
Our local grid was having some power fluctuations, so I bought a mini 1500LCDT from Tripplite. Money wasted. Sometimes it works, but it often, even when the main power is stable, will kill all power to the backed up devices for no reason. It also likes to do this when running on battery with 75% or better charge. I THINK my devices have been depowered less with the Tripplite than with a simple surge protector, but it's a really close race. And with what I spent on the Tripplite vs a $20 surge protector, that race should be won hands down. The documentation that came with the device and the customer service were both laughable as well.
Tip for consumers:
Spend the extra to get a quality manufactured UPS these guys are a joke.
