Please don't ever buy from f***king so called Trendin.com online shopping, they thug customer by delivering worn out cloths, old stock. If you wan to return product, they will never come for reverse pick up... instead they will send you a msg... ur reverse pick up request is cancelled after several attempts... where no logistic will come for reverse pick up... the thing is that they don want to reverse ur money back... so please be careful... please place order at your own risk... if any goes wrong wit ur product then they will never come for reverse pick up and also forget ur money
I dont think theTRENDIN is running by BIRLA. 1st their website is looking good but you cannot complete any of your purchase because when you ready to pay then you get a message that the items is currently un available and remove it. Again it will happen same thing. I have tried to purchase many times but still i cant and finally give up with TRENDIN and 2nd thing is customer service; oh man they are no use for nothing. I cant believe this is happening Birla's company? Better i would suggest you guys stay away from TRENDIN. Just wasting peoples time Mr BIRLA
The worst Service ever its bin 2 months and after repeated mails and repeatedly calling their customer service they can only say that the higher authority has to revert back we(customer care) are also waiting for that. Is your customer care only to answer phones and sell products? What happens to the customer who wants to return it. Worst online store please don't buy any thing from this side the service v very poor
I Have purchased 3 tops, 2 tops got delivered. But 1 top they cancelled/returned without informing me by telling the reason as "Incorrect address"
If address were incorrect how can 2 tops got deliver correctly. Really It's the worst case I have ever seen.
I did not know that Aditya Birla group would get into such cheating business in the name of TrendIn.com portal. This is as good as any street side shop run by street vendors... They are cheating customers in the name of online shopping i had a very bad experience with this website. Please stay away from this portal.
