21st Century switch to this company after 100 years. I absolutely loved 21st century but, Toggle not so much and cancelled my policy. Customer Service literally takes weeks to respond, no phone number on id cards and they only list insured on id cards not all drivers. That can cause issues if someone is stopped and your name is not even on the id card. In this climate with cops and POC that's a problem. Ohhh and they charge 50 bucks to change. Whatever because our new company is a reputable company, gave us several discounts, a cheaper premium with the same coverage and our agent replies within 24 hours. So bye!
