I'm shocked at the bad reviews here because I've purchased from Third Eye Transcend at least 6 or 7 times, and I've been very happy with every order. The shipping can take some time, but the quality is gorgeous and the prices are reasonable. I've given these as gifts, and they're always well received. I'm attaching a picture of my collection, I've always been happy so I can highly recommend this company.

I'm shocked at the bad reviews here because I've purchased from Third Eye Transcend at least 6 or 7 times, and I've been very happy with every order. The shipping can take some time, but the quality is gorgeous and the prices are reasonable. I've given these as gifts, and they're always well received. I'm attaching a picture of my collection, I've always been happy so I can highly recommend this company.

I saw a t-shirt Psychedlic research volunteer on FB, for $15.95. OK, I buy it, then a month later they charge my acct. $13.95 monthly membership fee. Yes, as I looked back, in the TEENY TINY box one has check on Terms for every purchase nowadays, there is the membership thing, but it's as if they are HIDING that detail, not making it clear. Yes, they cancelled my membership, but didn't refund the "fee", for which I had no service. Bad business in my book, how about yours?.

Read the small print, realize you're signing for a permanent $15.95 monthly membership

The silver color lotus had a black material on it. After I couldn't restore the color with washing, I had many emails back and forth. After many assurances that this was normal or I may have damaged it with cleaning, I threatened to post bad reviews and call Paypal. They then refunded me 25%, which was very fair. The rest of the bracelet is very pretty.

I've bought many items from Third Eye Transcend. Received everything and was pleased to see all items were as advertised, shipping was delayed as were items I ordered from other sellers online, which I would expect during a global pandemic. I receive so many compliments on my purchases and inquiries as to where I got them, and I have no issues recommending this company to anyone. Enclosing a sample of some of my purchases.

They will offer you a cheap tapestry for 7$ but after the 2 weeks it takes to get to you... theres a card that says you're enrolled in their 14$ a month service... wth... charged me after I CAUGHT it and requested unsubscription... grrrrrr

Although the covid caused a long delay, I was very happy with my purchase. The natural lotus garnet mala is delightful. I was not expecting such a good quality, it has weight, style and perfectly adjust to my narrow wrist since it is adjustable. Very happy with it and I always receive compliments about it. Also their customer service is very friendly. Highly recommend!

I need to rectify this review. A few months after I wrote this review, one of my neighbors gave me my order. They had gotten in their mailbox by mistake. Honestly, I have to say that I was embarrassed to post it after a few months. My sincerest apologies to the company for any bad business that I may have caused them already lost sales. I'm changing my review to five stars. And by the way it's a superior product and I love the things that I received. And I will order again!

I brought one each for me and my best friend of the fluorite detoxifying bracelet. I waited nearly 3 months for it to arrive due to covid 19. People need to realise covid 19 has made an impact when it comes to deliveries. I'm very happy with my purchase and so is my best friend so I dont regret the purchase or waiting for it to arrive.

I ordered 4 bracelet and received my order but inside only one bracelet! Why would they send only one item? Postage was from Hongkong and other 3 bracelet would come separate postage? Why would they do that, dont understand and no email saying that they sent to me one bracelet! I emailed to them and no reply still till today i m worried that hope i m not scummed!

I have ordered multiple times and absolutely love every single piece I received. I get compliments every single time I wear one of these bracelets! I have also ordered gifts and everyone has loved them. I was very surprised at the high quality for the price. The workmanship exceeded my expectations. I was expecting it to take a long time to arrive but I got my order very quickly.
Highly recommend!.

This company represents their items are shipped from Canada & US. Only after they asserted that and I did not receive an item I paid for did they reveal my item was shipping from CHINA. It has now been over two months with no items received. They have twice lied and stated they would refund but then delayed again. They claim a 100% satisfaction guarantee but they do not abide by any of their written policies. I ordered and paid 02/06 and I still have no item. They are refusing a refund. Had to dispute via paypal.

I bought a amethyst mala recently. I received it on time even thou the coronavirus delayed all mails. My bracelet is amazing. It came exactly as is shown in the picture on the web.
I truly recommend their beautiful jewelry. I am happy wear it all time.
I am going to buy other more.

Found this site because it advertised on my Facebook page. Liking the look of the bracelets and wanting them as presents I bought some. The packaging was not the best for gifts (just in little plastic packets without a card detailing the purpose of the stones). A week or so later, a different site popped up selling the exact same things for less! But my real issue is that the two websites offered different explanations for what the stones are meant to do? Tried to get an answer from Third Eye about this but they stopped responding to me.

Unfortunately, we cannot control what other websites do, and what usually happens is that stores like ours get copied and the copycat website will then make changes, like changing the explanations of the meaning of each stone. This is what you experienced with the other website that popped up for you, they copied our products and changed the description to a different meaning to set themselves apart from us.

Do Not Order Anything from this Company without reading all the Fine Print about shipping and returns and as well as the terms and conditions on their website.
I ordered on January 31st and STILL have yet to receive my order. Beware that your order is NOT guaranteed even with tracking which means that if you don't receive it they will not refund your money. I had to go through so much red tape with this company and they refused to cancel my order or refund my money. Currently working with PayPal disputes for an appeal. A real disappointment that I had to deal with this frustration to this extent and the Corona ordeal is NOT the justification of delay considering I should have received my order way before this made headlines. Order your crystals from your LOCAL small business on ETSY. Namaste

The good:

The mala is pretty and looks the same as advertised. It's pretty taught so it will be hard to separate beads from each other when meditating because there's no slack that would more easily facilitate grabbing each bead. I've purchased malas that were easier to handle. 3 stars for the product.

The bad:

USPS marked my package as delivered, but I didn't receive it. I contacted Third Eye Transcend's customer service, and they 'helped' by looking up the tracking status (which wasn't helpful since I could do that myself) and I went rounds with for a couple of weeks about getting a replacement or a refund. In the end, this company was adamantly unwilling to replace or refund the item. I felt almost as if they thought I was lying about not receiving the item and therefore felt compelled to stand their ground. They eventually, they ghosted me. Fortunately, USPS finally delivered my package, albeit 3 weeks after they marked it as delivered -- boo USPS.

Through my communication with Third Eye Transcend, what I found was that they will fight to protect their bottom line and they don't seem to care if their customer gets shafted in the process. That they call their business Third Eye 'Transcend' is a joke. They didn't transcend in my case: They were fine with letting me assume the potential loss for the item. They sell products supporting a harmony and peace and yet the way they run their business supports disproportion and consternation.

Please be aware that this company will refuse to refund or replace merchandise that you don't physically receive. They will argue that the carrier shows a delivered status, and that it's YOUR responsibility to work with the carrier to locate the package. They don't send their packages insured or require signature upon delivery, so if your stuff truly gets lost, tough for you. The situation ended up resolving since USPS finally delivered my package, but had they not, I'd be out the item and the money. I'm done with this company. 1 star.

A note for Third Eye Transcend: Your business model should include a margin for losses. You should be prepared to deal with occasional lost packages without passing the loss on to your customers.

Tip for consumers:
Consider your purchase from this company as non-refundable

The website said to expect a delivery date of anything from 5-25 days. After 25 days, I wrote their customer service number to ask why my order was delayed and the tracking information suggested that the order was still in China. Not receiving a reply, I resent the email again. No reply. I resent it again after 35 days. I am not accusing anyone of anything and am willing to be patient in the circumstances, but customer service would be appreciated. Surely it should be possible to find out where my order is, why it is still in China and when it might arrive.

I've ordered several wraps and Mala bracelets. LOVE each and every one of them! Shipping takes some time, and I'm still waiting on a partial order ( only 1 of the 2 bracelets I ordered was received), but the quality it Outstanding and I couldn't be happier!
