I live in Nova Scotia and have been ordering from The Last Hunt for a few years now. My most recent order was received today. As a mom of 9 year old twins and a 5 year old, it is always difficult to keep up financially with clothing, footwear, outdoor gear, etc as they are constantly growing. This site has really helped our family to keep up! I recently put in an order during their big clearance sale (they have these sales regularly) for 2 Jansport backpacks, a women's Lole jumpsuit, 2 women's Frank & Oak coats, and 3 pairs of youth sneakers (2 Reebok and 1 ASICS), and a pair of Men's Bogs boots. The order was $410 after tax and delivery. I received it within a week and *every* item was of superior quality. Not only that, but I felt satisfied with the price and happy I was able to afford these great quality items for my family. From a very satisfied customer in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia! :)

IF you shop here, remember they don't offer refunds. Apparently it is in their very fine print. If the shoes /item don't fit - too bad. You threw your money away. If what arrives is something you don't ever recall even looking at. They just take your money. They just took over $100 for no-name crap running shoes that were sent. When I was shopping I was only look at Roka runners and somehow these no-name whatever they are were delivered. No refunds. No integrity and no accountability. I would have paid return shipping as I WILL NEVER wear these CHEAP SHOES and I definitely would NEVER have bought no-name shoes for +$100 dollars. TEMU and WISH are better than these CHARLETONS. IF YOU LIKE TO THROW AWAY MONEY BUY STUFF AT #THELASTHUNT

They have no quality checks when sending out orders. Should have read the reviews and believed them. They sent an expensive yoga mat that was clearly dirty and was damaged. I have pictures. They asked me to return but the return is a really big hassle for me especially with a large item (the box is huge). For partial refund they only offered 10% and after convincing a mere 15%. They were prompt with offering the return label so I'll give them that. I haven't received the refund yet but I will update this when I do.

Not really sure how they can justify their return policy, mainly because a lot of their products are not true to fit. You order an extra large, and its bang on right size, but then you order a large and its bigger than xl. And if you cant exchange based on that, then that's an issue.
They had apparently used the wrong carrier and I gave them 2 months to sort it out and no follow up whatsoever. I had to contact the carrier myself and they said LastHunt never gave them the order.
First time buyer... great products at great prices! Shipping was fast! Well packaged!

I've ordered twice from this site. 2 items from my order were damaged so I contacted the customer service immediately. After 3 days they replied asking if I would like to return the items and they will issue a returning label, so i said yes. Haven't heard back since then, emailed at least 10 times in the last 2 weeks. Zero response. I'm out of pocket $600 with damaged items I can't use. Just stay away from this site, doesn't worth it.
Repeated mistake in 2 orders: I ordered shoes, they sent me the wrong size, I had to send them a series of messages with pictures of the shoes. I was sent a return label and had to go to the post office to return them.
I ordered again, the same product, they sent me back the wrong size. Again.
They offered nothing else or more than during their 1st mistake.
Worst after-sales service. Worst team in shipping.

I've ordered from them several times, I've always gotten what I ordered - this would be a 5 star review, except that I just received some boots. I sized up as recommended by reviews... still WAY to tight! Unusable for me. It was only now that I fully realized there are no return options. So be very careful with items like boots where sizes can vary SO much (I've been a size 8-8.5 my entire life... this size 9 isn't even close!). Now I'm out a fair chunk of change with absolutely no recourse. Should have paid a bit more to get it from a place where I can return the wrong size.

I recently purchased a Barbour belt which was incompletely described and hugely oversized.
Have reached out twice to The Last Hunt for refund/return. NOT EVEN an acknowledgement. Caveat emptor. Absence of customer service on the brink of killing the brand.
Even if something isn't like the picture shows or doesn't fit right this company will never exchange credit or give you're money back I suggest taking you're business elsewhere

I’ve bought shirts shoes pants and I’ve given at least half away they’ve burnt me for the last time I’m done with this store they are as snakey as they come.
It is a no return policy site and I understood that when i ordered. Issue is that the company has inaccurate descriptions on the website and they refuse to take any responsibility for that. They hide behind their vendors and their response to me was that the description is the one the manufacturer provided. So i was expecting snow pants and i got rain pants instead. They are untrustworthy and unethical. Do not buy from this company.
I ordered knowing that there are no returns unless the product is not as described. I ordered a Norrona LARGE winter coat and have a few Large Norrona jackets for size reference. What arrived looks fake and is way too big; it is a knock-off or badly labelled as LARGE instead of EXTRA-LARGE.
I sent an email expecting the option of exchange or refund and got an automated reply full of the reasons why I am stuck with it.
Will never support this site again and highly recommend you stay far away!

The Dakine snowboard bag I bought came very quickly within 2 days and was the right size, and in perfect condition, but it was the wrong color. The bag I ordered and the bag I received were both camo but a completely different style and color. After doing some investigation, the color stated was the "Dakine Field Camo", but the picture was actually "Dakine Olive Ashcroft Camo". The Last Hunt had the wrong pictures for what they were selling. I didn't end up sending it back because I actually didn't mine the field camo. This is what you're going to get from the last hunt. Don't trust pictures, triple check everything, brand models, pictures, sizes, etc. The Last Hunt isn't so bad if you're 110% sure on what exactly you're ordering and if you don't know if something will fit don't go with them. The company sold me a defective jacket where the zipper is very hard to zip and doesn't remain closed and now are threatening to use my payment method to charge me more in unauthorized transactions to send it back to me if I send back the defective model to them. Avoid buying from these scammers standing behind shoddy customer service and a "small employee base" to buy anything from them no matter the price.
Bought from them twice. Received items within a week of ordering both times. Big discounts. I got a pair of Salomon Sense Flow trail runners - because of their no refund/exchange policy, I was worried and looked on many other sites for the same runners but couldn't find my size or the color I wanted for the same low price on another site. Luckily the size I ordered on the Last Hunt fit perfectly. The pants my mom bought were both way too big despite looking at their sizing chart, but they were good quality pants so she made them work by sewing the waist band smaller. I ordered pants in the same style in a different size/color and am really happy with my purchase - I might order the same pants again actually... but I tried on her small before I ordered a medium - otherwise the sizing chart info was misleading because these Mountain Hardwear pants run large.
If you look at the pictures/descriptions carefully and know your size, I think it is not a bad website to use. Just copy the item title and look on other sites if you want to compare prices. If you order over $100 shipping is free and there were additional discounts for 4 or more items right now so my shoes were almost half of the original price and I couldn't find the same deal on other sites for the shoes and my pants, both of which were out of stock for the size/color I want on other sites.
Try the item on at a store that carries it and then order from last hunt and save $$. They warn you MULTIPLE times that it's last sale, so if you don't know that. It's on you. I'm 100% satisfied with my Fjall Raven coat that was 399+ at mec and I got for 250. Awesome site and quick delivery.

I bought some Keen boots for more than 60% off the regular price. One of the boots had an issue so I emailed them. I got a reply back and was able to return them. I ordered another pair and had no issues. I feel bad for anyone that had issues with the company but they were amazing to me. I have nothing bad to say about them and I'll definitely shop with them again. Communication was find and so was my refund. In order for a return or refund there has to be a defect. They state this on their site

I purchased a Spyder mens winter coat 2 weeks ago. They sent me a toddlers snowsuit instead. Since then I have sent 4 emails with no reply, return or refund. I was a loyal last hunt customer as I have purchased 4 coats in the past from them but will never shop here again. The parent company is Altitude Sports but they will not take a call from a client to rectify their careless mistake.

Because costumer service is a real nightmare. Chose and paid for same day delivery on a monday mourning. Didnt received the package when I left for trip on the wednesday PM. tried to get in touch on tuesday with no success. Shipping company didnt have the package then so I told them not to send the package cause nobody would be able to pick it up. No answer. They answered me on thursday to asl
Me if I got the package (no!) and then they never wrote me back after that. Its been 6 days in a row I send email asking for a refund without an answer.
