Company is a fraud. Ordered a blind camo cover and have never received it and can't get anyone to answer phone or reply to email. Going on 20 days after ordering and still haven't received item ordered. Contacted federal trade commission to file complaint.

Ordered a pistol leg holster have made several attempts to call them to find out where my product is because we are going on the 3rd week now and nothing. When I call no one answers the phone I have left over 10 detailed messages and no reply back this company I believe to be a scam. They will take your money and not deliver what you paid for

tacticalandhuntinggear.net is a scam it is a shell of a company... They will not respond to email request and the phone system they have in place is a hollow shell with no departments... They will not answer the phone or respond to any phone messages... Buyer beware it is truly a scam of a internet company... I will never do business with them again or should you... Just a crooked company...

There customer service is AWFUL! I was charged $10 more for a product then charged a second time due to there lack of organization! This sent my account into overdraft and what should have originally been a $69 purchase has now cost me well over $300 in being double charged and all of the overdraft fees that I incurred. When I called to try and resolve the problem I left 4 messages because I couldn't get a live person on the phone. When I did the woman was very rude and hung up on me because I was dissatisfied with there customer service! I repeatedly tried to reach someone after and just kept getting a machine! I do NOT reccomend anyone to do businesswith this company due to there lack of competance and organization... Let alone there customer service!

I ordered my husband a blind the week before Thanksgiving so I was worried that he wasn't going to get it before his hunting trip. The woman I was speaking with was so helpful and reassuring that I would receive it on time. They even sent an email letting me know that it has been shipped and when to expect it. Their prices are reasonable and you can't go wrong with free shipping when you order over $50. Not many companies will do that now. Needless to say, this company will always get my business.
