We have signed the agreement with Sybite Technologies to develop us the Web Engine on August 2013.
Deadline haven't been met and moved twice. They have ignored our email till we have warned them to start a legal process against them. Sybite Technologies answered us that lost all the development files due one of the company members and need additional 4 month (we have lost 7 month already). They have refused to return the deposit. We do not need to make allegations of being fraudsters, (however this is fraud clear and simple) just allege their blatant incompetence in delay and loss of the files. That suggests huge incompetence not just in the loss but for not having backup!
