Great choice of products. Good customer care. System works fine since I installed. The camera mounts looked fragile when I received the package but I installed without anything breaking. So since there won't a need to even touch them for years to come there should not be anything to worry about there. If you rather opt for another choice after reading my review then there are many others to choose from on the website, which is something I admired the first time I browsed it

Then the don't tell you when the material is received and only when it ships. This is a problem after over 4 months waiting for an item and the delay to my customer. Support doesn't seem specific to the site and can't help at all. Will be purchasing from other online vendors moving forward to not deal with the headache.
These guys told me they were sending the cameras. Sent them and they came in white but in black boxes. These people are suggesting that I did in fact receive the correct cameras and sent them back different ones. Yet they cant produce photos of what was sent to them from Hikvision and they conveniently do not have photos of when they accepted the package from Hikvision and then sent to me.

Just got off the phone with customer support I purchase a 394.00 dollar Blind spot sensor unit for my pickup truck and no where in the specs description did it say cannot install in metal bumpers.
So it does not work and they said I should of done a better job researching the unit and that I cannot return it. After looking on line at other units today there are units that say cannot be installed in metal bumpers but this unit has no such claim. So misleading add.
The right thing would be to refund and correct the information but no basically get lost is what I got from the service rep.

Lying and lying for more than two months. I placed 3 orders with them for 50 PCs Hard drives. Each time that I called them some one told me that my order is shipped but nothing. Order# *******638, *******. After more than two months now they are asking me to pay $5000 more to get my orders. They wasted two months of my time. They don't honor the customers nor stand behind their words. I had to cancel my orders after two months of waiting. Be aware of this company.

Think twice before placing an order. I placed an order and after a few days inquired about why it was still in processing. The guy on the other side of their "chat" feature was rude and said I should have known there was a 10 day lead... after waiting over 2 weeks I was told by another one of they rude chat service people that my item wasn't going to ship. They didn't cancel the order, they just left it in a "processing" state. What a waste of time and completely unprofessional. At least don't be a d! Ck to people that just want to know the status of their order. Take your business elsewhere.
The cart/checkout feature is a little sluggish. Adding/removing coupon codes and also trying to select shipping methods is buggy. Tried this on 2 different computers at different locations using google chrome. Had to reload/refresh/re-enter stuff. I was about 1 click away from ordering from B&H.....
One of the seven cameras I received does not work properly, unable to get camera to focus but all the other cameras work properly.

I ordered a wifi card and after a month of it not getting shipped I sent emails to them. No answer. I have opened a PayPal dispute.

I placed a simple order for in-stock materials on the 10-6-21. On 10-11 I asked when & how it would ship. I got a canned reply that it takes 3-5 business days and flat rate. The said they'd reach out to the manf. Why do you have to reach out to anyone? It's in-stock... On 10-15 I ask for an update. I get a reply that says the manf hasn't shipped anything and it'll be another week before they get an update on what will ship to them. What kind of ancient business model is that. Manf. Ships to the seller, who ships (in 3-5 business days) to the customer. OMG get in the 20th century at least. Go somewhere else. I did.

I ordered a Geovision i/o card from these people. They said it was in stock. I had a
Security system that needed one replaced. 8 days later I get a notice that they had made out a UPS tag. It had not been put into UPS yet. I sent 2 emails telling them to cancel the order...NOT AS ADVERTISED. Of course they ignored those emails and sent it. Then they
Sent me a stupid email saying...why would you file with Paypal and refuse the UPS delivery for something you ordered. I replied...why would you send me an email and ask me a stupid question...read my last 2 emails.
Now I have been forced to use the clients other working i/o and double up the motion detectors... I am a very unhappy camper!
I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Now I have to waste my time with Paypal for my refund...

Had to inquire about a refund multiple times after a month. Wouldn't really trust the site in general seems to have shady business practices and would not recommend.
Called on a Monday and ordered product because it was in stock and was told it would arrive to us by following Monday. Never received an email with confirmation or tracking info all week. 7 days later, called and they told me they would look into it as it should have shipped, still no order info or tracking info. 12 days later now, called on Friday and asked where my product was.....they could not give me any information as to if the product had even shipped. Called Monday (2 weeks later from initial order) and still could not get any tracking info and they said they would call me back. No call back. Called Tuesday and just asked for refund and confirmation of this refund. Called that following Monday (3 weeks later) and asked why I hadn't received an email of refund or the refund. They told me the package had actually shipped and they were waiting for it to return so they could process refund. Called that Friday and still no refund (2 weeks after I asked for refund and almost 4 weeks from initial order!!!) We told them we were going to report them as fraud and BBB if no refund by Monday. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! The worst customer service ever received.

your site couldn't accept the addresses stored by amazon pay, so I had to do it all manually. In addition, you ripped me off by charging me $10 for shipping a $10 small piece of plastic, and I didn't know shipping was so freaking expensive until after I'd already spent all this time finding the part.
For the price I paid for this system, I am satisfied with how it is performing up to now. The one area I think it can be improved is the motion detection. I tend to get a lot of false alerts as somtimes the cameras mistake gusts of wind that blow leaves and other debris and rats as motion.
Because of this I get a lot of texts and email alerts that are not necessary. So I don't turn motion detection on unless I am going away. I did ask the support people who explained a few things to me including limiting the coverage area for the cameras. Basing on my experience so far, I will give the system four stars mainly for the good customer care.
Still haven't received my order, and can't even get an update on my order. This company seems to be fraud.....
I sent a message to sales. What's wrong? My order history doesn't exist. I tried doing several searches only to get Sucuri blocked for an IP that is not mine. Then searches started working again and they still after a year can't find the items I wanted to order. A Google search actually did though and took me directly to the item page. Basically the site is in miserable disrepair.
I saw the UPS driver throw the package from the back of the truck to the front cab. I met the UPS driver at the front gate of my house, he placed the box down by the front sidewalk, turned around and left (he seemed to have an attitude). The inner box arrived crushed on one side and it had shifted so that it was in contact with the side of the outer box. The UPS driver from Phoenix to Yuma, ArIzona has an attitude problem.
Awful experience finding and selecting the product I wanted and using the shopping basket. Chat never answered, twice. Phone lines busy and agents can't help/see basket items.
Yesterday price wasn't accurate but seems fixed today. Also online chat help never answered and didn't receive email answer in timely manner.
Bought and delicate electronic device which is boxed and says "fragile" on all sides. surveillance-video.com placed the box inside another box for shipping but does not put "Fragile" on the shipping box, anywhere. That is unacceptable! Is that to save money, or just inattentive employees. The shipping company tossed the box on the counter. We can only imagine how the box was tossed around during the shipping process. We may have a damaged device.
