Our grandson opened a bird sculpture on Christmas Eve. The same day, one of the legs broke, even though we were very careful when moving it. I wrote to the company and they refused to send a replacement and offered me a 15% discount on my next order. They said they could not replace it because it was damaged after it was delivered. Everything happens after delivery? Did they think it would break before delivery? I also had trouble with ordering (my mistake) and found them to be very rude and unhelpful in resolving the problem. Do not buy from this company.

Super selection of birding products and nature decor items. I've made numerous gift purchases at Songbird Garden and they have always provided great customer service. When you email them with questions about products or order status they always promptly respond. Can't say that about Amazon! Linda B - Bryan, TX

SongbirdGarden.com is a great online store for someone who loves birding, garden products, and nature themed gifts. They offer a large selection of quality items that you can't find everywhere at big box stores or places like Amazon. Glad I discovered this website! They have lots of great products for anyone who likes wild birds and garden decor. Found several cool items here to give as Christmas presents this year. The return policy is 10 days from receipt. I received the item for my birthday so didn't have time to have my birthday, contact my daughter and return it in 10 days. Also shop around. The item was overpriced. They are rude and apparently don't care about customer service. Guess they are not concerned about repeat customers.
Tip for consumers:
go with a company that wants return customers. The return turn around is much too short to work for most people. they are rude as a company and as customer service people.

Great selection of birding, wildlife and nature gift products. I bought an edible seeded birdhouse at Songbird Garden to send as a Christmas gift to a relative last year. It was beautiful! They got it made and shipped in two days. I'll be ordering from them again!
I am so glad to have discovered this online store while surfing the net! They have a very large selection of birding products and I found just the bird feeder pole I was looking for. I had a few questions before making the purchase and sent an email. They got right back and directed me to specific products to consider. I couldn't have been more pleased. I was looking for an art pole birdbath. A few of the other sites that carry them said they were back ordered till mid August. Songbird Garden said "in stock". Although theirs was $30 more expensive than 2 of the other sites I felt it was worth it to get it right away. Went through the ordering process, never a mention of delivery time. Once I completed the purchase I got an email confirming it. The next day I got another email tell me it was back ordered and I would not receive it till mid August. Sent them an email with my concern and their response was why they were back ordered. Not one mention of them claiming they said they were "in stock". Obviously in my humble opinion this company does care much about costumer service.
Return policy which does NOT include return freight, BUT does include a 20% restocking fee is out of line in this day and age.
Not only did i receive damaged, used merchandise for a NEW cost, this vendor was unrepentant enough to not waive any of the costs to me under their antiquated return policy.
These people are no longer on the radar in this houosehold, they are fired

Found the perfect gift on this site for my nature loving friend! Their website was easy to navigate and the checkout proses was easy and fasr. Their customer service and product selection was outstanding. I will be bookmarking this website for future shopping!
Look up reviews of the company. They are rude and will not even honor their own return policy. My hummingbird feeders leak right out of the box and they won't even exchange them.
The background color is actually more green than blue. Adorable flag. This product is highly recommended.
