Easy enough. Glad you had the product in stock. Wish free shipping was available but the lower price offsets it some.

Awesome Sky Geek website. I work at Los Angeles Airport and they had my favorite day wands. Reasonable prices and fast delivery. Will order from Sky Geek company again for sure.

I hate the automatic opt-in for spam. The "on order" availability figures which never change are obviously not true. Finally, shipping prices are ridiculous - which would be understandable if product prices were low, but they're all over the place, and often high - sometimes really high. Don't get me wrong; I'm shopping here voluntarily, but it's not my first choice. I honestly hope my feedback will help induce changes which will make me want to return.
Cans are usually smashed all past orders. Maybe should offer discount for us that have used you for years

Very good on product availability. This is used in Manufacturing and should be tax exempt. Didn't see a button for that.
Checkout was a problem! Didn't want to take cc that was entered correctly. No phone number to call for quick resolution.
On my last couple of orders it took several days for my oder to be processed prior to being shipped. In avaition we need things in a hurry, that is why we pay for overnight shipping. It should not take 3 days to process my order to be overnight shipped. Will not use them again.
I need faster shipping, if you can ship the same day or next It will help a great deal since we are in California and it takes up to a week to arrive.
Terrible customer service, I paid for FedEx 2 Day Express, they sent my order to a wrong address and have been more than 1 week and I still don't have any information about it, no even FEDEX with the tracking provided. They are not even willing to issue a refund for the freight because they say that they have spend more money than what I paid for freight. The customer service is not focused to resolve.

Like the prices but the shipping is almost 3 times what it should be. Sometimes I feel that owning an airplane makes people think I'm rich. I just budget to be able to fly and your shipping prices are why too high. I will be looking for another vendor in the future.
Shipping costs were -- in my opinion very high, but I just experienced a similar hike with Rock Auto for a Fed Ex shipped order.
Real problem using my Master Card. Kept saying the number didn't match the credit card type. Had to use a VISA Card

Overall experience went well. It would be helpful to allow phone orders to be placed. I did not have a computer at the original time of purchase and when called was told that we do not accept phone orders. There are times when working on an aircraft I do not have access to computer or internet and a phone order would have helped. Might want to consider.
Not very happy with shipping fees & not be able to use our fed ex account. But calling it "cost of doing business"
