Banner looks good. This time it was delivered on time. I am a CARtoonist and draw people's vehicles. Its important to have my banners look good with my art and arrive on time. The banner before this was stuck in India for 2 weeks... not sure how that happens when i'm shipping domestic.

Pros: great customer service on the phone but not via chat when I had to cancel my original order, price of the decals, turn around time

Cons: Quality of color (in large color block areas) was not as vibrant which considering the price was fine. But the reason I am leaving 3 stars is for not actually cutting a specialty cut-to-order sticker, which was the whole reason for canceling my first order. Might as well have ordered a rectangle for less money and cut it myself, because I'm going to end up cutting the one that was delivered anyways. Super irritating!

I like the self design and ability to upload my own Logo. Once I have designed the item another person on the design team verifies all my info prior to order being placed. Good tracking info provided and easy to reach customer service quickly.

I needed a sign to hang next to a very muddy area that cars were getting stuck in not realizing how deep the mud was when they drove into the area to park. I went to signs.com and designed a sign in no time. The process was easy and the sign was delivered in no time.

I've ordered several banners for high school sports in the past. I usually design my own since I'm very familiar with design templates, software platforms, and photography. I was designing one banner for a high school athlete to possibly get a contract for our regional school district and sports banners. Trying to work with the design template took me over 2 hours as each move or change would literally take 10-20 seconds to accomplish. What should have taken me 20-30 minutes ended up taking 2 hours to make one banner. When finalizing my purchase for one banner, I was quoted $26 to ship. I've ordered a single banner before, a larger one even, and that was $13.69 to ship. So I contacted the chat service and questioned the design application issue and why shipping was so much. Customer service admitted to a problem with the website, not my problem, and that shipping is calculated based on size, weight, destination ect...which I understand. But they did not answer why a larger banner I ordered previously cost half to ship than what I currently had in my cart. They simply said they would be happy to cancel the order. Something was not right, and it was obvious that there was something they simply didn't want to admit. Seemed pretty misleading. I was willing to pay for the product and fair shipping costs, which in the end was only a $13 difference, but customer service simply would not acknowledge that there was a unfair price increase in the shipping total. On top of their website' 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed' They lied about that too. Looking into other sign manufacturers for my high school contract asap.

I ordered a "Giant Check" from Signs.com. The process was easy, the quality was great but the border came in the wrong color. After speaking with a Customer Service Representative, she re-ordered the check free of charge. We should be receiving it next week and I am hoping it will be corrected.

The sign turned out great and was exactly what i wanted the turn around was fast and I was very impressed.

We needed enlarged prints mounted on foam board for a family memorial service. Set-up online was a breeze, the delivery options were easily managed and they arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. They were a perfect part of our service. The price was reasonable for the quality and speed, less than $40 per 18 x 24" print. My only small complaint is they stuck a QR code label on the face of each print. They peeled off easily enough and did not appear to leave any residue but these could have been placed on the backside.

They no longer have design services, sadly, but the phone rep was incredibly helpful with the basic look of my sign. She even went in and created a variation, so all I had to do was select the one I wanted. It came fast and was exactly what I needed.

I thought it would be hard to improve your vinyl press-on lettering, but our latest 8 ft wide sign was the easiest to apply yet. It came in two pieces with alignment markers that made the job a breeze! I love it! And the quality is outstanding. We plan to create a series of signs like this for special events through the year. Thank you for excellent products and service.

This was awful, we needed it for a trade show and paid for 2 day air straight to the convention center.
Then it never arrived and they said they only refund 50% of the banner not the shipping or the other half because shipping isn't their problem
…… which I get but take that up fedex not the customer

I'm currently in limbo with Google Business, making multiple different stipulations to unsuspended my page. I needed a sign asap that I could be happy to hang and Signs, came through. Unfortunately it's still not good enough for Google, but it's great for me. I'll be sending more projects to production through you guys very soon!
