They advertise online but you spend a hell of a lot of money to take this two week Rome Art Workshops.
There are a couple of good teachers but the plein-aire painting instructor had never taught a plein aire class before and barely left his own painting time to go around to help others. He was also best friends with one of the guys running the Workshops.
Unbelievable! Teachers who took this workshop were flabbergasted!
The lodging I was given thru them was the worst place I've ever stayed in my life. Dirty, noisy, really the worst ever! The dinner they gave at the end was at a tourist sub-standard restaurant... I couldn't eat the food. They promised wifi and ac at your place and neither worked. It was relatively expensive compared to other workshops. Check out Civita in Castellano if you want great instruction in plein aire painting.
