I have never been so disrespected by a game customer service in my life. Their games, including League of Legends, literally ban you from playing the game if you're not good enough at the game. They allow any player to report and subsequently ban any other player for any reason. 1st report = 2 week suspension, 2nd report = lifetime ban! DO NOT spend ANY actual money on anything from their shop, you will have wasted it all when your account eventually gets banned.

The company makes so much money and they provide no service at all. My son has a account that he spent so much money on and someone hack it, it's been 6 month I sent couple messages with no reply and the account was lock. Here's the latest one it say 24hour someone will get back still nothing So all the money we spent before wasted for nothing!

Not sure how developers can be this incompetent, it's as if they've never played their own game. I'd be amazed to see any of the devs above the very first level of skill.

Makes not playable games full of trolls, afkers and people who i managed to install this game by some kind of miracle because they do not know whats happening around them

First of all, when your account gets hacked somehow, they are fairly quick to get your account back.

After that, your account got banned by the hacker due inappropiate things they did. They wont reverse the actions of the hacker, eventhough they can clearly see that it was on another IP adres. Then they proceed to say they have communicated to me regarding the investigation. When I checked, it didnt say anything. From that moment no more mails from them. 0/10 rating

Who ever plays this sh*t game wastes his time, riot reward trolls and when u wish them to fkn die! U get chat restric so i wish riot will die!

-they're just focusing on the skins just to make some money leaving behind the rest of the game just cuz they are poor

The state of League of Legends in the year 2024 is just absolutely pathetic. The new elo/matchmaking changes make the game LITERALLY unplayable. Let me explain. Im a new player, made myself a new account as you should. After a few wins and losses (like 10 wins, 8loses) the que times became UNGODLY. Remember these are normal games, which you have to grind in order to level up your accout. Even after i selected both of the PRIORITY ROLES and the estimated time to wait was 1:28. I have been waiting for a game more than 13 $#*!ING MINUTES, and no game was ever found. So i was like ok probably just a bad day to play the game. But no i have been trying to level up my account this whole week and the situation didnt change at all. 10 minutes+ of waiting, just to rage quit and uninstall this $#*! load of $#*!. I am never coming back to this piece of dog$#*!. This game is a huge waste of time, just by playing it. Imagine how much of a $#*!ing waste of time it is while you are waiting in an infinite que not being able to play at all. And no i dont have any screenshots or videos, because i got so $#*!ing angry, i just deleted everything riot related from my computer. So yeah, to sum it all up, riot is a piece of $#*! company that doesnt value the people that play their terrible, $#*!ty games. Dont waste your time with League or Valorant. Both of those game suck big fat $#*!. And dont you ever send your money to them. These riot losers have to go bankrupt and homeless. $#*! them to hell and $#*! them to oblivion, every single one of those whores. Peace!

I mean as you can see, they have so many 1 star reviews already.
Their games are extremely toxic and nothing is done about it.
Their ranked systems are always way off, so whats the point of playing their games competitivley? (their is no point).
They reward toxic players by allowing them to continue to report others that they flame all game for talking back to them.
Their servers are really really low end and bad.

This is suppost to be a gaming company. And they are bad at everything a company should try to be great at, they love to shove skins and new heroes down your neck at every chance they get though LOL

I love league and been playing it for many years and spent thousands on it. They do a great job at balancing however! Turrets seem so under powered from mid - late game. As a squishy ADC with no escapes its very disappointing when you can be one shot under turret without the enemy taking any to no damage. Champs like Zed and Kayn are Champs who dive... kill you and are out without even taking so much as a scratch. They don't even need to be fed to do this... they could be super behind and still just murder a mage or carry that is alone under a turret that they should be protected by. Not only that but I hug turrets and get hit by a lux Q which just happens to be out of turret range. So she can root, burst and ult me while I'm under turret and be a nice safe distance away. Kill me and walk away with a smile. Make turrets more effective Mid-Late game! Make them do more dog to tanks so they can't just chase down a squishy for 5 min and still walk out alive. Increase the range a little bit so we feel a bit safer if they poke us under turret.

I have been playing their games for 7 years now and all I have gotten from them is frustration and unfun experiences. The company does not care about their customers and employees and their only goal is to make cash in whatever way they can. Even at the expense of the players frustrations and mental health. They were also exposed that they abused their female employees by farting on their faces and touching them inappropriately. Choose another game to play or company to work for as Riot is one of the worst choices out there.

I wanna talk specifically about League of Legends, one of their "best" games. The entire gaming LP and ranked system is rigged to keep you down. Its 100% flawed. Their system for restricting chats and eventual permanent banning of players accounts is not focused on helping others improve, but also to keep you down so you'll make multiple accounts, become addicted and continue playing. You are just clickbait to them and your attention is their product. Screw Riot. I'm done.

Riot is good for sucking my $#*!, play with it all day long and after banning my account they can also kiss my $#*!. Oh and also if you are interested on improving LoL, REMEMBER! Heres a pic of it Right now so you know where to work on.

I'm sitting here mid night with all my friends and wanting to play your game LoL, but once we saw that we were connected to different servers/regions, we couldn't play together and we can't $#*!ING CHANGE THE SERVER! That's an absolute disgrace that you need to pay money, for changing a $#*!ing server region! Go suck your Mom Riot.

Riot never helps with any account issues, Riot never attempts to understand what frustrations lie within the player base. Do not play any Riot games, they just gouge you for your money and don't do anything to create a positive gaming experience.

For over a decade, I've enjoyed the offerings from Riot Games without feeling compelled to write a review. However, recent changes have prompted me to share my concerns, especially regarding the new Vanguard anti-cheat system, which I believe shifts the game away from its "free-to-play" model.

Historically, Riot's games have been accessible without financial barriers, but the latest update has introduced mandatory hardware requirements that could incur costs for new and existing players. For instance, I've been running Windows 11 on my newly built computer without a TPM 2.0 chip and had no issues playing League of Legends until now. The new Vanguard system mandates this hardware, forcing players like myself to purchase additional components. This requirement contradicts the essence of a free-to-play game, as it now requires a monetary investment to meet these new standards.

Moreover, the Vanguard system must remain active in the background at all times to play Riot's games. If for any reason it is shut down, the entire computer must be restarted to re-enable it. This persistent operation could raise privacy concerns, as it has the capability to monitor all running programs, potentially exposing users to increased security risks and data breaches.

I reached out to Riot's technical support for a resolution that wouldn't involve further expenses but was met with disappointing advice: downgrade to Windows 10, which would not only cost me another product key but also degrade my system's capabilities.

During this interaction, I was also provided with misleading information regarding the TPM and its integration with Vanguard:

- TPM Requirement Misrepresentation: It was suggested that the TPM is primarily used for "cert signing validation," which is a misleading simplification. While TPM does enhance system security, its main function is not directly related to certificate signing but rather to ensure secure system booting and to check that the software hasn't been tampered with.

- Hardware ID Overstatements: Riot implied that having TPM would automatically imply a user's non-intent to cheat, which is an inaccurate portrayal of what TPM technology achieves. Anti-cheat systems utilize various detection methods, and TPM alone does not prevent cheating.

- Exaggerated Consequences of Cheating: The notion that a TPM chip could be "banished from this realm forever" if cheating is detected is not only technically infeasible but also falsely dramatizes the capability of Riot's system.

In conclusion, while Riot Games continues to innovate in the gaming industry, the implementation of such invasive and costly requirements under the guise of enhancing security may alienate a portion of their player base. The transition to requiring hardware that incurs additional costs undermines the very principle of free-to-play gaming and raises concerns about the future direction of Riot's accessibility and transparency.

This company has become a total garbage. Caring only about money totally $#*!ing with loyal players.
Riot has become one of the worst player communities and I would never ever recommend any game from these selfish Riot pigs.

Doesn't care about players, balancing or anything else.
Can't even deliver a cinematic once a year.
Has over 1.5b yearly revenue and the prices are growing.
Caring for tournaments only, so normal players suffer.
There's so many problems, you can't even list them all.
Everywhere you look there's bugs, lack of info, unbalance, garbage code, riggedz smurfs, scripters, lags, no fun, etc.

People have been reporting me non-stop and I've been banned twice already for what. The game is a good game, but it should fixed. I only got 1 day back into the game but got banned and I did nothing.

Riot literally doesn't care. Ranked has nothing to do with bering competitiv unless you make it to high diamond and past that. Smurf queue ruined ranked. The client is the same $#*!ty mess every year. People are mass botting and trading accounts because the automated system is $#*!. Balancing is beyond terrible. And match making is the worst i have seen in 15 years of playing video games. The puishment system just punishes people using the chat and is a huge joke.

The company bans you if you retaliate against idiot team members that tank your rankings or verbally insult you. The matchmaking is like gambling. You are predetermined to lose more games than you win. They bait you in to get you to play more. Your rank has nothing to do with your skill. There are crappy people in high elo and excellent players held back in low elo. Riot knows all of this, but doesn't care. They care only for money and abuse their authority otherwise. This is a garbage company.

Full of false promises, lies and deception. Justifies their actions based on nonexistent statistics they aren't willing to show.

This company is just full of pure greed. Extremely lazy. Cuts corners whenever possible. Zero hope in these guys to deliver anything half-decent.

Customer service and their support team are just filled with bots. They can't even have real people solve their tickets.

All their divisions are completely delusional. Their only saving grace has been their art team (which imo has gone downhill a lot recently), and Riot is even showing signs that they're trying to replace their artists with AI because that's the greedy lazy option.

Will personally never buy any products or services from this company going forward. They're filthy rich but clearly the money is not going into improving their products, but rather in the pockets of the CEOs and team leads.
