I ordered a perfume for $51.99 on March the 25 2023. I still did not receive the order yet and there is no where to complain, customer service does not answer, either by phone or by email.
I believe this is a scam. After waiting awhile with no response nor merchandise I notified my bank and file a dispute against the scammers. A week late, I strongly believe these crocks used my credit card for a big purchase and now the bank have canceled my card along with investigation that is going on.

I placed my order on 2/15. However, since that time I have yet to receive any updates. I've attempted to call and email both unsuccessfully. This has a been a terrible experience!

I have no way of tracking my order. I emailed and received no reply. The website is down with no customer service. I'm not sure if i will ever get my order or if the site is a scam. Even the link in your email doesn't work.

Scam website, emails don't go through, they won't respond to messages through the website and they do not answer the phone. Doing a Google search on the phone number pulls up some shady escort service. They won't ship anything, it's a scam

Placed my order and received an email confirming the order. A week later, when I still hadn't received my product I clicked on the original email they brought me to the website that says it no longer exists and there is an issue. Very disappointed that there's no way to contact anyone to find out where my money is for my product.

I absolutely adore the earrings I purchased from rionii. They are stylish, unique, and go well with any outfit.

Beware, over 10 days after the purchase and no communication from the vendor. Will dispute the charges!

I am apprehensive about this Company Rionii; I have placed several orders since March 29th and March 30th, and still haven't received my items; I have sent several emails, but no reply from them; I even called and left a message; no response. I am under the impression that this company doesn't exist and is a scam

I love the blush and cheek products from rionii! They give a beautiful, natural glow to my skin and are very long-lasting. The customer support is excellent and the prices are very reasonable for such high-quality products.

The prices seem really good, especially on sale items. However, nothing I have purchased has been shipped yet, and some items were refunded to me without any explanation. It has been about a week, so there could still be a shipment soon. Part of me is starting to wonder why there were things sold to me that apparently were not actually in stock? Hopefully I will remember to come back and update my review if things change and I get most of what I ordered.

My purchase from april 14 has not shipped yet, as far as I can tell. I was told I would be notified when the order shipped. Nor can I find anyway to track the order. This is the first and last order i will ever place with rionii.
