I initially gave a 3-star rating, and explained my issue regarding the seat choice fee. I received a very friendly call from Lauren, one of the managers, who listened to my concerns and promised to have her team review the website for clarity of the problem. She also provided pre-assigned seating for me and my husband, with no service charge. She was very helpful and kind.
