“Site said Guaranteed 100% satisfaction; I did not see...”

Site said Guaranteed 100% satisfaction; I did not see any difference and contacted through their website to cancel; I uninstalled the product. Received message that they would refund, numerous times I contacted again. I was told to go to ClickBank to request refund. NEVER received refund. I year later I have been charged again. I am currently trying resolve this through my PayPal account.
