I am really happy writing these review as they have been super responsive in the crucial time where i needed my shipment to be delivered at another address. The package was in the transit arrived usa and i had to change my plan because of some emergency. I asked them to change the address and they've really worked hard for that as changing address in UPS most times is very risky. They send me screenshots of their email with ups and i was amazed that they've done it. Thank guyz!

I recommend this to everyone as any legit sellers can easily provide video call so that we can trust as it's high value items.
I was scammed before and this was a new brand so i took my measures and it went out good. I recommend them.
I cant imagine how perfect they have been about the little details in the pendant, they created my custom pendant and found some mistakes in qc which they showed me on video call and told me to wait more because they're gonna create a new one for me. Infact, i was not even knowing that these are called qc errors.

However, they been in touch and shwed me everything on video call. Also they keep me posted about production and delivery. Very much attracted toward customer service, amma coming back for sure.
Cop a 12mm fully iced cuban and it turned out to be a very nice experience. Making custom design to shipping fast, they've done very nice job, loved the chain.

Ordered 4mm tennis chain of 20 inches, the chain is very nice and certified diamonds. But they sent me 22inch while I asked to make it 21inches, have to got to local repair
They were offering free resize but it was far from my City that's why I preferred to make it locally
