“Disgusting treatment with their customers”

We arrived to the radisson blu hotel in Aruba at 12pm and the staff told us we had to wait until 4pm so our bedroom was done and cleaned. 4pm arrived and they had us waiting until around 8pm. Not only that but also that the staff treated us horribly bad since they first ignored us and then they started telling "in 10 minutes the room is ready" and it was not ready until night so do not come to this hotel ever
