I contacted Personnel Concepts twice, for ordering and then again with questions. Laura with Personnel Concepts was very helpful and answered my questions, and advised me where to locate additional information for meeting the requirements for posting the Labor Laws. I signed up for the 1 year of Law updates to be sent to me when laws change also, takes the worry out of this process. Received the posters today and I am pleased with them! Will write a review again in a year to rate the Law Update service they provide.

In Dec 2023 I bought posters($27). Then received a phone call from a person that could barely speak English. I told her to send me an invoice and I would decide, because I wouldn't buy anything that I was not understanding what was over the phone for $275. As soon as I received the invoice, I emailed them back, stating that I didn't want to buy anything from them, and asked to take my business out of their list. Jan 2024 I received a phone call threatening me to pay or they would send me to collections. This guy Ron was very rude and kept calling and emailing me. I don't feel like paying because I never received anything from an invoice that I said I was not buying. But I am now confused about how to proceed. I wonder how this company is still in the business scamming small business.

This company is a scam. I had them call my family business even screaming and demanding we need to buy their posters and threatening that we will get fines. We actually did buy all their stuff for years until we found out they were just scams. They used to make us feel scared and we kept buying their stuff we couldn't even fit anymore posters on the wall because of how many times a year they would call the business telling us we were going to get in trouble if we didn't get the new posters. I'm glad we did our research and got rid of them. They are the worst thing ever!

Nidia E. Called me today to offer to renew our annual subscription for state and federal labor law posters. She was extremely polite and worked very hard to give me the best possible value.

I dealt with Joy after another rep had contacted me the day prior and was not very helpful and we ended up getting cut off...anyways Joy was very processional, informative and helpful with my concerns and questions!

I made the mistake of ordering compliance posters for my work and now I'm continually blasted with mail, both at work and now to my home address with renewal notices. I have never given my home address and have also asked them on several occasions to remove me from their list. Buy once and you are screwed to continually receive mail.

But like everyone else taking advantage of the post covid or whatrever we are in businesses are being gouged with outrageous prices. We really have no choise but to pay what you are asking. If the prices of your product matched the excellent customer service of Johnathan you would have received five stars from us!

These guys try to use scare tactics stating you are out of compliance by not having these posters. If you say anything but "NO", they take that as a verbal confirmation and try to bill you. Needless to say, we had had IT block them from being able to contact us. Of course, they managed to slime their way through by calling the HR line. They did not identify themselves and simply asked to speak to the EHS representative. I let the lady talk for a few minutes and then just hung up. Losers.

I called to order some updated compliance posters and spoke to Donna Fletcher in customer service.
She was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. After speaking with her I realized I needed to order a second poster. I emailed Donna she got back to me immediately and placed my order by adding it to my original order to prevent me from paying delivery twice. I did not ask her to do that she took the initiative to provide outstanding customer services. Mission accomplished. Donna thank you for all you do. Lisa Furtado

She was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. It made figuring out which posters we needed very easy.

This company is a scam/predetory company and will lie to you about things you need up to date in your place of business. Bought from them one time and there very rude employees threaten you with fines and litigation if you dont buy from them now. Never bought from them after first purchase. Contact your local state labor offices and just purchase through them if its not already free. Have a good day

The customer service person was helpful, but the charges for a few posters is way too much. They need to be more affordable for small business owners.

I worked@ Personnel Concepts for about 4 months. I would cry after I got off the phone with customers especially elders. I didnt know it was a scam when I started. When I finally figured out what was going on I just couldnt do it anymore. And they pay really good bonuses so that you will stay6 cus the money is do good. NOT WORTH IT! They lie every single day and dont feel at all bad for it. Most horrible company I have ever worked for. Dont fall for their lies

She was nice and very professional. I am not a fan of Personnel Concepts. Everyone that has called me in the past has been rude and I did not like the way that they talked to me. If it was not for how she talked to me today I would have discontinued my service with them today. I was never going to use them again even though they provide very good service.
