They sent the same email i'm sure everyone's getting. Still waiting for a refund.

When I was searching to buy my items, found this store. The website looked good, i placed the order of my items. Got a mail that products would be delivered in a week. After couple of days I got a mail saying that the one of the products are out of stock and i had to wait for one more week. I was unhappy and kept to refund my money back. They replied positively and my money was credited to my account. Products are good at this store, we can buy from this store!

They were happy to take my money in March 2020. Now almost 4 months later and many many emails - no product - and no refund. I have heard all the excuses. I have just reported them to NSW Fair Trading and the police. DO NOT buy from theses SCAMS.

Hi. I thought of checking reviews before placing order as its new for me. Never ordered before. I was worried with bad reviews but their staff replied to my inquiry and helped to chose few perfumes with good discounts. So decided to try and placed order. So far received tracking details. They looked genuine and hoping to receive my order soon.

I bought a perfume for my little sister b'day... she's very happy with them. I ordered them last moment and needed them in almost a day. Very happy that they arranged it with express post on my request. The package is neatly packed with b'day wishes for my surprise. After this, I placed 2 more orders for myself and received it on time.
I don't no about all others here. But I received excellent service from Perfume Company.

I, too, wish I'd seen these reviews before 'buying' perfume from these pricks. I received the identical emails & excuses as other reviewers. I just got my refund after a week of emails. I pushed & pushed them & refused to back down. I asked my bank to investigate them & have reported them to the ACCC. Their conduct is illegal (taking money for products they know to not be available, and bait advertising, for example). You can find their proprietary info on ASIC's website - see ABN 70 614 746 351. Don't relent. Go to NSW Fair Trading. There is nothing legitimate about this 'company'.

I have joined new office and looking for perfumes, My fav perfume is available with this store. After seeing bad reviews thought of not ordering but wanna go with this store as the product is cheap compared to other stores. Placed ordered and within one week the product is delivered to me. Good store!

I honestly don't have a bad word to say about this store. Ordered on Oct 8th and received the delivery in couple of days. I have referred my friends also about this store. I love this online store, I will always tell people to shop there and support them.

Same as everyone else. No product, no refund, just emails blaming the payment portal and a request to be patient. Time to contact the ACCC. Fool me once, shame on you.

They sold me perfume that was out of stock. I requested a refund. I waited 11 days and contacted them again to enquire about my nonexistent refund and was told to be patient. I am now so patient that I am involving the dept. of fair trading. Don't waste your time with this company. You only get one star because I am unable to give less.

This store was referred by one of my friend. Previously i used other stores, but this time i decided to go with this store. I have ordered 5 products, nice website with neat information and user friendly. Received my products within a week with tight packing.

My ordered was super delayed and no one in customer service was able to provide any answers. All they said was be patient. The products were delivered with neat packing finally and the quality is good. This is one thing i liked!

I ordered a perfume for mum, they said out of stock and offered me a refund. I've emailed so many times and very little response and still NO refund! Will report to bank and ACCC, they need to be shut down.

You need to contact Fair Trading right away give them the info of your CC name and ABN otherwise you'll never get a refund. It happened to me, very good liars and don't give in to them. Hope this helps! Don't deserve any rating whatsoever!

I urge everyone who is still waiting on a refund to go to the Department of Consumer Affairs. I was stung by this company and got the same email as everyone else. After waiting 2 months for a refund I went to the dept. Today I have received a full refund after their intervention. This company obviously relies on people just giving up on chasing a refund.

I ordered two bottles of my favourite perfume over a month ago. I waited 3 weeks and nothing arrived. By this time we were well into April so I sent and email questioning the status of my order, 3 days later I received an emailed advising they didn't have this perfume and were expecting end of the following month, that is I assume May. So I requested that they cancel the order and fully refund my money. That was 2 weeks ago, I sent 2 emails over the weekend querying when to expect the refund and was told that they would escalate this. I told them they had until close of business Tuesday to refund my money... if you received a refund, so did I.
I am still waiting for a $178.00 refund.
Their service is appalling, their communication and business ethics even worse. Think before you buy from this MOB.

I purchased perfume. Told out if stock. Told l would receive a refund and now their emails bounce! It has now been 1 month and no refund. I have reported to the department of fair trading

I also ordered from this company to find they are out of stock. I have been trying to get my refund to find it has never arrived. After several emails I am now lodging a complaint with office of fair trading as well.

Do Not Purchase from these people. They false advertise, then they tell you Technical Issues, then they can't even get their story straight DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They'll take your money and give you nothing but the hump!

Company sold me a out of stock product (it was a limited edition perfume, so no more stock was ever coming in). Then wouldn't give me a refund. I've followed up 3 times and keep being told their accounts department is having issues with refunds.
STILL HAVEN'T RECIEVED MY REFUND! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

They are promoting items on website once you pay you find out that they don't have it then they offer you another item or refund once you ask for refund they stop responding to emails

I really like you so much. You are the nice supplier of offerings. You still have an amazing time to react, but you're now not an professional, so i am almost glad with you and i'm going to give anybody a advice.
