My experience was strange. I placed the order and shortly got an email saying the item was backordered about 6 week. Then, less than an hour later I got another message saying that it shipped! Its since come in the mail and is in great shape. Obviously a quick mix up but otherwise PartsVu was great.
I ordered a Yamaha tach 8 days ago, it's been over a week and I didn't receive a tracking number so I called today, sounds like the Yamaha tach that I ordered was out of stock so they had to order one from Yamaha, even when I bought it said they had in stock Now they don't know when they will receive the tach and I have to add 5 to 7 days for them to ship it to me Terrible business! Never buying again from here

Arrived on time but the package had been previously opened. I used it anyway and had no problems.

They had what I needed
So I placed and order on this website and they took it upon themselves to cancelled my order and call it potential fraud. I had included both my business phone number and my personal cell number and NO one called to talk to me about this order they just cancelled it. When I called them and ask why, they told me it was because I had 2 different addresses my billing address is my home address and I had it shipped to my work address, Im sure im not the only person that has done this! So i will just be buying from someone else now!

Came just like they list it. Packageing was done in a way nothing damaged in shipping.
Where I live on cold days it's easier to look online for what I need.

Great on-line store. Very much trying to support family businesses and not Jeff Bezos. But the lack of being able to have info on the where a bouts of when I would receive order was frustrating. Also tried numerous attempts to call customer service with never an answer.
So far I am very pleased with the product n the service I received. I think it is a lil over priced but I went ahead n took the chance on it. We will c how it holds up…….

Needed an easier flushing system for my mercury outboards
Much better experience on previous orders. Very difficult to reach anyone by phone, website or email. Still no reply after 24 hours.
I have a Bass Pro 1 mile from my house. I hope future orders with PartsVu go better than this one.
