And, as per my request, they send each chapter to that same editor (to assure consistency). I am completely satisfied.
I have ordered to edit a script in FDX format with 3 days turn around. Today is a day 5. I've got an email with "completed work " instead of edited script, I've got EMPTY TITLE PAGE plus ONE empty, white page! In MS WORD format! I called the number they have on a website. The person who answered, speaks English worse than I do. And English is not my original language! Instead of solving the problem, he starts to patronize me and delay time. I asked for a refund. I have a doubt I will ever see my money again!

It is important for me to have an editor who is skilled in editing narrative poetry, and whose Biblical knowledge is a step above. Paper True found the perfect editor for me.
Since I can't afford to edit my entire manuscript, 135K words, at once, it is wonderful that I can send just one chapter at a time. MY editor(s), Debrah Tyler (and Selena), are great. They make necessary corrections, and they provide me with thought provoking suggestions that have enhanced my writing tremendously. I am so happy to have found Paper True.

Apparently, PaperTrue offers services at relatively lower price, compared to those of others. The overall qualities of my recent edited manuscript are acceptable. But their customer service is good. I requested a change of the delivery date, and everything was easier than what I expected.
There are a number of errors made by an English editor. It seems to me that there are two editors editing my manuscript. One of them incorrectly edited the reference list. However, as the price is relatively low comparing to other English-editing services, this is acceptable [at this price].
There was some helpful input on how to improve things and the correction suggestions were of a high standard. Many thanks for the great work.
I appreciate very much editor's work on improving text's grammar cohesiveness and style. A grant proposal needs this final polish, especially when an author is not a native speaker.
They gave me advice on how to improve errors that I didn't notice, such as the format of paragraphs and outlines, and line spacing. They told me that it was difficult to convey the meaning of the parts that I was wondering whether to revise or not.
I was very pleased with the results of my curriculum. It was done very professionally, and I appreciated the notes and learned a lot. My experience with PaperTrue was fantastic and I will use them again, and will recommend them to my friends.

I had a final paper that I wanted to make sure sounded good with little grammar errors and needed it in apa 7 format. I needed it back within 24 hours. The payment process was pretty easy. Uploading the paper and getting a quote was easy as well. I received my paper early which was awesome. I had two papers sent to me one with the errors written out so I could see what they changed and the other paper was the other paper was the final draft with all corrections added. My issue with this service is that they did not use apa 7 format in the paper. Before you submit your paper you can tell them what you want done to your paper. I told them that I needed my paper apa 7 edition format, they used an out dated edition, so I had to do the formatting myself, which was one of the reasons I paid for this service.
My experience with Paper true is really nice. The reviewers have really improve the grammatical and English language of the manuscript.

I basically use this service for proofread our technical documents like manuals and specs. Sometimes i am surprised to find that the contents are corrected (a lot of copy pastes in our manual and sometimes i forgot to change a particular term in the copy but you found it and corrected it). About delivery time, we are usually not so in a hurry but you always deliver the edited one within 42-72 hours. Too fast. I hope your editor is under too much pressure. I prefer correctness rather than fast delivery. Always thanks for your help!

Our editor also left comments for alternate use of language to make the document more impactful and so it is disheartening to know that you didn't think that enough was edited in your document.
