Their prices are great and the customer service is very responsive. One stop camera kept me informed every step of the way purchase and delivery process, which I appreciated. My only complaint would be that the delivery/installation company they contract with in our area is less than stellar. They finally got the job done, but I had to argue with them over what was covered in the installation agreement, and they were in a huge rush to finish. I would have preferred a more professional, careful installation!

I placed an order for the first time with 1 STOP CAMERA for a Sony GPS on the 7th of august. Ordering was easy on the web, recieved prompt confirmation e-mail and tracking number. The well packaged item was dlivered promptly by UPS without any shipping fees on the 11th of august. There was even a followup call on the 12th of June. It was very professionally handled and the whole transaction was very smooth and I am extremely satisfied.

This is my first experience with 1 Stop Camera and I am impressed. They communicated with me on my order every step of the way so I knew exactly what was going during the whole process. This is the way customer service should be. Two thumbs way up!

Nothing less than unethical and bordering on criminal. They sold a "new" $1200 dishwasher that arrived severely damaged. I immediately contacted them, sent photos, videos, etc. They just kept sending me the same spam email saying "we can't make out the damage" send more pictures FOUR TIMES. I sent 10 HD still images from every angle and 3 HD GoPro video showing the clear and unmistakeable damaged caused by a significant impact. Then they just stopped responding. I will be putting the charge in dispute and hope anyone considering any purchase avoids these fraudsters!
