This is not a real company and I believe it's big scam how they never ship parts or communicate. No one ever answers the phone number listed and for every 10 emails sent you will receive I reply back with lies. I know have to file a fraud claim with my credit card company not to mention had a car down for over a month and a half because I never received a part or refund. All communications have stopped from them. Stay away this is not a actual company and the positive reviews are from them to make it look legit..

I ordered an Air Intake for my Toyota Tacoma on 1/7/2022. After a week I called and asked why it had not been shipped. They said it was on backorder. On 3/25/2022 I called to cancel the order since they were obviously never going to send it. They said my money would be refunded within 7-10 business days. I called two weeks later and asked why i still had not been refunded. Again was told the money would be released. 1 week later I called my credit card company and opened a dispute. I don't understand all the good reviews. This has just been a big scam for me.
Going to have to open a dispute clearly. Been 10 days and no refund showed yet.
Click the one star reviews and see how nobody received their refunds? How many people have to file disputes? Horrible company IN MY experience (since they want to threaten to sue me for stating MY experiences)

They will scam your money by telling you it's a manufacturer delay and when you finally had enough and ask for a refund, they will send you an email saying it's cancelled and refunded but you will never receive the money. Read the reviews on this here. There is even a dedicated FB group for victims affected by this scammer.
I ordered a swaybar support for my rzr pro from these people. They listed my vehicle in the ad and said it would fit. It didn't. This part does not fit the pro xp. I contacted them about a return and they said it was my fault for ordering it. These people were the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Wouldn't give me a rma. I contacted the BBB to see if I could get some help. DO NOT USE these people. 204

They price items below market, accept your order than no one ever responds to your specific question / where is my $#*!? Oh. Oh it's back ordered. Each time a new name on a ticket support response. No one picks up their phone (basically it's an auto disconnect). Save your money and aggregation. I am disputing my charge and will call state attorney general and have them investigated.
Waiting on parts sense 09/04/22 have called and emailed trying to get an idea of what is taking so long they don't answer the phone and haven't received an email back at all for a $2000 order I'm not happy with no reply

I returned my exhaust system and it was received by the associate Felicia on February 16th. I have sent more than 50 emails to customer support as well as the accounting department and have continuously got the runaround saying my refund will be processed soon by customer service but have never received one response from accounting and I have yet to receive the refund for my exhaust system and I paid over $200 to have it returned so I am out over $1000, please spend your money elsewhere as this company is full of thieves and crooks. I am not the only one that has had their money stolen. Some people have never received the product and others never received a refund just like me.

Buyer Beware! I am a Hilborn Equipment fan because of the racing nostalgia it brings to the industry. When researching to purchase the BBC Intake, Injectors, etc. I stumbled on the mbenzgram website. To my surprise, they were offering ten-percent off! But that's where the customer satisfaction experience ended. I ordered the BBC Intake, Injectors and Valley Cover on March 9th, 2022. Since then, I have recieved repeated delays of a month, each and every time I've inquired. Mbgram would not answer the phone, but did respond to my emails. They always said that it was the supplier pushing the delivery date back. The caveat here is that I got Holley and the Hilborn team involved by the second month by speaking to them directly. They researched and said that all orders going back to the date of my purchase had been fulfilled! I hung in there a little longer but finally decided to cancel my order yesterday. Waiting as long as I did was due to the supply chain issues and fear of having to reorder and at the back of the line for shipments. Yesterday, Hilborn said that if I ordered that day, I would be placed fourth in line. That was the best they could do. Come to find out, mbgram isn't even a distributor for them, the best they could see is that they are a third-party seller, at best. They have no control over them. The pricing, not even authorized by Holley/Holborn either. So Buyer Beware and buy direct or through Summit, Jegs or Speedway. Not worth the ten-percent off! They held my money, $3,481.07, for four months, so far. Waiting to see if they refund it in 7-10 days, which is what they said via email. Never an apology or a live person, nothing but emails. I hope you have a better experience.

Make sure that mbgram is a direct distributor for the products you want to buy from them. Check the MSRP of the main manufacturers website and others offering the same product. Discounts aren't always worth the hassle.

Ordered tires from them in September. Then they said it would take three weeks. Waited three weeks and still couldn't give me an answer so I requested a refund. Guess what still no refund! Guess I'm out $4000. Still waiting A call from their accounting. Tried calling numerous times and nobody answers the phone
I ordered a whipple supercharger from them on December 2021 I called them two weeks later to ask them when they would send my supercharger and they said it usually would take 1 month to send it out. I waited 3 more weeks called them again and they said that the next week they would sent it out I waited another week and a half and they never sent it out I called again and they said it was going to be sent till March because it was on back order I waited till March called them again and they said to wait another week. I decided to call whipple supercharger company to ask them how long were they on back order and they said that those supercharger had been discontinued for a while and that I would never receive my supercharger. I called Mb Gram back and cancelled my order they said to wait 7 to 14 business day to get my refund I waited 14 business days and called them back because i didn't receive my refund the lady told me to wait two days to get my refund i never received and I called them back again and they said you will receive your money tomorrow which was Friday I never received my refund and I called again and they wouldn't answer I will try again on Monday and I'm going to report them to the better business bereau
Needs to be Ten negative stars... Ordered Tires, $4,250.00, Waited 7 months on promises that they were shipping. Never received them or my refund. Capital One Visa says that it has been too long and will not do anything even with the 35 pages of the email communication chain. I contacted Visa directly with no response. This Company is still a Visa merchant with no repercussions. Beware of this company and with... WHATS IN YOUR WALLET!
I ordered a tuner from them cancelled the order and it's been two months, can't seem to get ahold of their phone number, can't get someone to email me, terrible customer service, trying to scam people out of money

The money was fully refunded, it turned out the delay was partially caused by the name mismatch between the order and the credit card. Appreciate the Mbenzgram support team following up on this.

I ordered some lights in late December, it still not being delivered. I could understand the delay due to the factory's delay, but when I eventually cancelled my order, I was told the refund will be back on my credit card within 5-7 business days. Its now 2 weeks after my cancellation, I still have not gotten my money back. Keeps calling and emailing, it always the same answer - "just wait"... It now makes me wonder if the company is legit.

I placed my order back in the beginning of April and I haven't received an email on the status of my order. I can't track my order and I have tried to contact them multiple times through email and I have called over and over for the past 2 months and can't get in contact with anyone. I would not recommend ordering from this company ever
Ordered a set of coils from thier website because they were the cheapest I had seen on the internet. Email confirmation said they would ship that week. Waited a week and sent an email back, I recieved another email saying the part would ship that week. Waited a week adn repeated email, recieved another email sying the part would ship that week. Wait another week and called, spoke to a young lady that said give it another week. I waited another week and canceled the order using the website. Instantly got an email saying order had been refunded. Waited 6 business days and still hadn't receieved refund. Called on day 5 and 6 and got nobody. Eventually I disputed the charge with my credit card. Not sure if was a scam, but certainly no way to do business.

After waiting eight days for them to ship my order I decided to cancel it. It has now been three weeks since canceling my order and I still have not received my refund after I was told it would only take a week. There is no point in calling them because they will not answer and you'll be lucky to get a response via email.
Do not order anything from these guy been reaching out over and over trying to get my money back and had to start a credit card dispute.

Ordered a $8,000 engine. Took over a week to get ahold of someone, finally got through and he verified there was no core and READY TO SHIP so I placed the order. Another week and a half go by and the engine still hasn't shipped and I kept calling and emailing. Finally get through to someone and they tell me, "there's a core and that's what is holding the shipping" so I requested a refund and they tell me "you need to contact this email for status of refund and it takes 7-10 days" but it's been way over that and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY $8,000! I want everyone to know what kind of "customer service" they provide. Complete absurd and should not be in business!
