This company does not deserve 1 star. Utterly the most TERRIBLE service ever. Maid Brigade has a serious scheduling problem. I had a regular scheduled cleaning. I made scheduling concessions often for their benefit. They changed the date of my cleaning without my approval. Their scheduling issues were so horrible that they missed a month. I called the office to complain that I didn't receive my monthly cleaning. They had the audacity to tell me that they sent notifications to me. I said no you didn't and I rechecked my text messages. They sent me a text as I am on the phone as "notification". Customer service was rude and did not try to reschedule. They didn't acknowledge that they didn't call, text or show up this month. When I tried to tell them I'll just wait until my cleaning date in November, they told me that they could not "personalize" a schedule for my needs. I wanted a cleaning that was 3 weeks away and they said that they could not accommodate my needs! They tried to make their terrible scheduling issues my fault and had an indignant attitude. The office is badly run and incompetent. They also have problems keeping their cleaning people. There was always someone new who did not complete the job adequately. The last time they came they left obvious dust on my ceiling fans. Their service become inadequate. I would not recommend Maid Brigade, *******282, to my worst enemy. RUN...
