Sent yellow roses and chocolates to a friend who is unwell. They arrived on time, looked beautiful on the photograph I was sent. Very happy with the service and will use again.
DO NOT order from this site! Flowers sent out for a friends birthday were 5 days late. When they did finally arrive the 'bouquet' consisted of just SIX flowers, despite supposedly being a deluxe bunch & paying extra on top for 50% more flowers, plus next day delivery. Customer service was what I can only describe as ridiculous. Sent me a clearly copied & pasted email that they send to all their complaints, stating my photo of what was received had been 'checked by the senior florist and was correct' out to me twice, not acknowledging any of my q's or concerns. Then asked for me to return the flowers in the same condition as delivered in the original box if I wanted a refund - seriously...flowers! I had not even requested a refund, just for the correct bunch of flowers to be re-delivered to my friend that looked like what was advertised/paid for. I have now reported the transaction to my bank who are re-claiming the payment from them & I would suggest everyone else do the same as they should not be allowed to get away with scamming people like this. I included a print out of the multiple other complaints on here of the same nature against them as support to my claim! I only wish I had seen them all prior to placing an order with this joke of a company. The 5* reviews are obviously fake & being posted by themselves to try & hide all the negatives! I would refer to them as a 'bunch of cowboys', but I think that would be offensive to cowboys to be honest...their customer service, let alone supply is that shocking! They took my money on Wednesday 12/02/2020 advertising that my delivery for Valentines will be delivered on Friday 14/02/2020. They have lied and lied you cannot get through their phone line as it is constantly engaged. They took over £40 pounds for the gift of flowers etc and now my wife has no Valentine gift. This company is a sham and scam. They need to refund my money back and they should stop advertising false promises.
Flowers didn't arrive on designated day. I was initially livid. Read some not so good reviews, saw some disappointing photos. Messaged my aunt to say her surprise flowers were late and to expect the worse after the bad reviews. They arrived a day late and thankfully they looked lovely in her vase.

Originally flowers cost £45, they discontinued them to £14,99 + £5,99 delivery! Have a look for the picture of arrived flowers please and avoid this company please!

I wouldn't even give them a 1 star. Absolutely awful. Paid for them to be delivered on or before Mother's Day for them to arrive nearly a week late. Mother in law lives 150 miles away. Flowers broken and half dead, paid extra for a bigger bunch and lucky to have 4 stems of flowers. Would never order again and would avoid at all cost. The worst customer service known, emails sent, voicemails and calls and had nothing in return at all! Waste of money!

After a week, the flowers ended up in the trash, they were no longer suitable for anything. After writing an e-mail to lovely flora world, I did not receive any response. They don't give a damn about their customers. Never order!

I ordered flowers to be delivered the day before mothers day. They arrived the following Wednesday. Most were dead or broken. Paid extra for a bouquet 50% larger but the bouquet was even smaller than the one pictured. They say free delivery but then charge you £4.95 for insurance. Absolute rip off all round. I ended up paying £20 + for a bunch of dead flowers that would have cost £2.49 from a supermarket. Avoid at all cost!

Sent wrong flowers so I asked for a replacement. They said there was nothing wrong with the flowers. I sent them photos to compare the image on their website with what was received then they blocked my email address! Very disappointed in this company and won't be using them again. Mothers day flowers ordered in plenty of time didn't arrive until the Tuesday! Smallest bunch of spray carnations not worth £5 and a little box of chocolates cost £30! Disgraceful...
This company promises next day delivery - doesn't happen, It shows lovely bouquets - nothing like the true thing at all, you have the option to buy 50% more flowers - I'd hate to see how many stems are in one without the 50% extra as these were pathetic. When emailing the company as they had not been delivered I got a could not care less style email back. I'm tempted to go to trading standards they are that bad

I bought some flowers for my auntie for Xmas, when they arrived alot of the flower heads were broken and all the stems were slimy like they'd been sat in a vase for weeks.very poor quality and I've tried emailing the company it comes up as error wrong email address and it's on there website.

This company did not deliver the flowers I hoped would go to my mother on mothers day, they did not contact me or get back to me when I complained with a voice message as no one is ever available to speak with. I've never had a such bad experience with a business. I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me and reimburse my money. The flowers should have arrived three days ago and still haven't arrived. Do not use this company.

Ordered for my sister, even added 50% extra but very disappointed at how few flowers there were,(only 16 actual flowers), 1 tiny bit of gypsophila which was on a very short stem and another short piece of fern type greenery. Looks nothing like the picture they use About 5 heads broken. Not worth the money( £17.24) Won't be using them again.

I ordered mothers day flowers a week in advance and selected mother Sunday for delivery. I received an email three days before my selected delivery date to say that my flowers were ready and would be delivered on the date I selected. Then... nothing...mothering Sunday came and went...I tried to contact customer services on the Monday and couldn't get through (wait was too long) so I sent an email asking them to cancel my order. It is now 1.5 weeks later and I still haven't had a response. I phoned yesterday and they said it was tough, they were busy and haven't got through their emails yet. They referred me to small print on their website saying that deliveries could be delayed by up to four days however they got the terms wrong as it said 1-2 days. The person I was talking to just said 'well it must have been taken down after the mothers day rush'. I was told they would refund my £5 delivery and could keep repeating herself but she couldn't do anything else for me. Terrible customer service. No notifications that there would be any delays.

Wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered from this company very poor service was told online when ordering bouquet would be delivered on day of friends birthday just seen they've been delivered a day late asked to speak to a manager no way thats happening they only accept emails.

Amount should be. When I contacted them all they offered was a refund for the balloon. Customer service is diabolical.

Flowers still have not arrived told this morning a refund would take 5-7 days. Appalling Customer Service and took no responsibility for the non delivery.

Ordered for mothers day, 4 days late. Unresponsive to email queries. Not a trustworthy company. Best avoided at all costs.
My order did not arrive on the selected delivery date. Gave it an extra day then tried to contact the company. Not easy. The link on their acknowledgement of my order did not work. Its not easy to find any contact details that actually work on their website. One email link wouldn't allow it to send. Eventually found one that does. They were prompt with their reply, saying the delivery address I requested was wrong and they had tried to call me and email me. No contact had been made. When I had placed the order, I had correctly given full details. Therefore the address and my contact phone number they were cross referencing to me that were slightly wrong, ie the 1st line if the delivery address and the 0 from a mobile number missing I feel were done deliberately by them to make me think I had made an error when I know I hadn't, to either cover up their mistake, or hoping I wouldn't bother and make some profit from me. However, I persevered, and they said my order will be dispatched the next day with delivery the following one. Having read other feedback via this site, I said when a healthy bouquet is delivered on time, I would leave the appropriate feedback. So overall, once I entered into a dialogue with them, despite being lied too, ( I've worked with primary children and now with secondary school children, so can spot and know all the tricks / excuses, was just like being at work!) their replys were quick. My order was eventually delivered on the day they told me, and the recipient was pleased with them, and they were fresh, not half dead like some of the reviews say. I will not use them again.
